The fried fish and grilled shrimp were delicious! I love they give you a choice of grilled or fried. The sides were great as well, and the service was friendly and upbeat. The atmosphere was charming. I would love to come back when traveling through this way again!

Conveniently located off I-20, with ample parking. Hard to beat West Texas comfort food. Hand breaded chicken strips and great burgers, with homemade salsa.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ The Coahoma Cafe in Coahoma, TX, is a hidden gem that offers true Southern hospitality and comfort food at its best! I ordered the chicken fried steak with mashed potatoes, fries, and okra, and every bite was pure heaven. The steak was perfectly crispy on the outside, tender on the inside, and the mashed potatoes were creamy and flavorful. The fried okra was the ideal side, adding a nice crunch to the meal. To top it off, I had the strawberry shortcake for dessert, which was the perfect blend of sweet, fresh strawberries and light, fluffy cake. What makes this place even more special is their "pay it forward" program. Customers can choose to purchase all or a portion of a meal for future patrons, adding an extra touch of kindness and community spirit. It’s not just a meal; it's an experience that makes you feel right at home. Highly recommend stopping by this cozy little cafe if you’re ever in the area!

Travelling I-20 west, tummy started growling so thought we'd give it a shot. Holy Smokes! The food is amazing. Best fried catfish and shrimp I've tasted in a long time. Chicken fried steak and steak fingers were on point. And to top it off, the staff was super friendly and the atmosphere was warm and cozy.

Roadside classic diner off IH-20. Love the small town vibe, local team photos on the walls, decor. And when someone calls in an order and she recognizes the voice on the line and asks if she’ll be having “the usual.” Good hot coffee, friendly server, fast service. Good basic breakfast. Why go into Big Spring for fast food when this is so good and easy?

Straight out of a country dream. Not enough places like this around. Homemade. No shortcuts. Haven't ate this good in a long time. Catfish and shrimp - with coleslaw, hush puppies, beans, taters... all excellent

So far, so good it's a cozy but roomy clean cafe. The server is a trip and does a great job making you feel welcome. The unsweetened tea is good. I ordered the chicken fried steak with brown gravey on the mash and white on the steak, green beans, and roll. It was on a short wait for the piping hot food to arrive at the table. It was all delicious. I did add salt and pepper.

An absolute gem of a find to eat. Food was superb, staff was the best and price was surprisingly appropriate! Would definitely recommend to others and will absolutely return when in the area!
