⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had the pleasure of dining at Cooper’s Hawk Winery & Restaurant recently, and Juan was an exceptional server! From the moment we arrived, he made us feel welcomed and ensured our experience was enjoyable. Juan was knowledgeable about the menu, providing excellent recommendations for both food and wine pairings. His enthusiasm for the dishes and the winery’s offerings really enhanced our meal. Not only did he attend to our needs promptly, but his friendly demeanor made our evening feel special. It’s rare to encounter such attentive service, and Juan truly went above and beyond. I highly recommend visiting Cooper’s Hawk and asking for Juan, he’ll make your dining experience unforgettable!

Micheal was a wonderful host to our delicious dinner! The sweet chili calamari couldn't haven't been better and the selection of food and wine was so hard to choose from! Will definitely come back to try more options

Cooper’s Hawk Wheeling is my go to for date night and girls night. Pam, in the tasting room, always does a phenomenal job with making suggestions and attending our needs. She makes going into the tasting room fun, and she’s the primary reason I keep my wine club membership! Pam knows how to make the guests feel like they’re at home and want to continue going back to Cooper’s Hawk! Visit Pam and the Wheeling location!

Wonderful experience here. Went with a group of 5 and were seated immediately, no reservations. The waitress was very nice and responsive. Food was excellent, no complaints from anyone. I had a red wine flight, it was very well priced and the pours were quite large. Very pleased.

I work from home and my team is located all over the country. At least 4 times a year we travel to this area for work and every time we make it a point to have a team dinner at Coopie's (as our team calls it). I order the soy ginger Atlantic salmon and it's amazing everytime.

Another fabulous wine tasting experience, thanks to Colleen, our outstanding wine steward. Her recommendations were spot on, and she made sure our glasses were never empty. General Manager Eric Fox and Nathan went above and beyond to seat us in a perfect spot in the dining room, setting the tone for a wonderful evening. Our server, Alyse M, was pleasant, knowledgeable, and delivered impeccable timing throughout the meal. Whether it’s a special occasion or a date night, Cooper’s Hawk in Wheeling never disappoints. You always get it right!

Patrick was great during our wine tasting! Very fun and passionate about his wines and London was such a great waitress friendly and inviting.. I have been to several locations and the customer service at the Wheeling location is the best customer service! Felt like we were dining at a family owned restaurant not a chain I’ve found my new location for Cooper’s Hawk!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Patrick was absolutely exceptional. I came in hoping to taste a wine I’d previously had at Cooper’s Hawk, but I couldn’t remember the name or type. Somehow, Patrick nailed it on the very first try, which honestly blew me away. Beyond his incredible knowledge, his energy and kindness made the entire experience feel warm and personal. He made me feel genuinely welcomed, not rushed or overlooked, and that’s rare. Without exaggeration, Patrick is the best person I’ve interacted with at any Cooper’s Hawk location. Experiences like this are why people come back. Ask for Patrick, you won’t regret it!
