HEADWATERS WILD RICE SALAD

ITASCA BURGER

A summertime classic. This is a standard grilled Angus beef hamburger served with lettuce, onion, tomato and pickle spear.

PATTY MELT

A grilled Angus beef patty on marble rye. Topped with caramelized onions, Swiss cheese, American cheese, 1000 island dressing, and served with a pickle spear.

BIG OX BURGER

A grilled Angus beef patty topped with seasoned chopped steak, sautéed peppers and onions, with cheddar cheese sauce, lettuce, and tomato. Served with a pickle spear.

BISON BURGER

A grilled Bison patty topped with Swiss cheese, lettuce, tomato, onion, BBQ sauce, and served with a pickle spear.

NORTHWOODS BURGER

GRILLED PORTOBELLO MUSHROOM BURGER

CHIPOTLE BLACK BEAN BURGER

The most famous of Minnesota hot-dishes. Seasoned ground beef, mixed vegetables, onions and a rich Alfredo sauce topped with tater tots and parmesan cheese.

Minnesota's own wild rice, ground beef, onions, carrots, celery, and creamy mushroom sauce. Served with a deep-fried breadstick.

WALLEYE TACOS

Two warm flour tortillas filled with avocado slices, creamy slaw, and golden fried walleye strips. Topped with Pico de Gallo, spicy sour cream, and served with a pickle spear.
