Just finished a fabulous late lunch with my mom. The food and service were amazing (Try the BLT pizza and thank me later). Angela was our server and she was so attentive and friendly that we truly felt like family. We will be back!!
June 16, 2024 under new ownership, Holly, the owner and her staff were wonderful for our group of 27! Food was great and understanding that we have a big group of Corvette owners, we show patience. We definitely recommend and will visit again soon. Greenville Area Corvette Club Michigan, find us on Facebook! Thanks Holly!
I’d probably give it 4.5 stars if that was an option, but it was good! My mom and I were in Stanton, dropping some items off for a charity yard sale. We decided to see if there were any local restaurants around, and found Holly’s. We decided on it because we thought their kids’ menu was funny. haha. Service was a teeny tiny bit slow, but who cares? We weren’t in a rush, and it was friendly service. Food was yummy - and took a lot of it home for leftovers. The only reason I say 4.5 stars is, although it is good, I likely wouldn’t drive all the way up from Grand Rapids to simply go to this restaurant. However if I were to go to Stanton again, I definitely go back.
I would love to give this place 5 stars but the side portions for adults and kids are way too small. To pay $2.50 extra for fries and then only get 10 of them is horrible. My bacon burger, which was good btw, was $15 so it should either include fries or give me a decent amount if I'm paying $2.50 extra. If you offered bigger portions maybe you would have more customers. Unfortunately it's dead every time we are there so I doubt it will stay open for much longer. That's what you get when you are stingy.
A gem in downtown Stanton. Stopped in for breakfast and we were NOT disappointed. Great food, great service, the place was clean and well run. Loved it! I'll be back next time we head that direction.
This was first time in Hollys P&G. Atmosphere nice! The server came to table quick and very friendly. We ordered AUCE Cod with Mashed potatoes and gravy and cottage cheese and coleslaw in addition a side order of Keg Tots ( Shaped like a keg- tator tots with cheese inside and sauce swirled on them ). Food didnt take long at all to get to table. The server asked several times if we needed anything. Fish was GREAT..nice seasoning mashed potatoes nice and hearty flavor with rich beef gravy. The portion size of the cottage cheese and coleslaw were very small. The Keg Tots were really tasty, however very expensive($9.00) for 5 keg tots. I thought for that price that there would be more being potatoes. Food that others ordered looked great too as it went by to the customers. Really like the place and defineately recommend!!!
We were passing through and it was our first time stopping. Excellent service. The bartender Angela was awesome and the owner even came out to talk to us. Food was also excellent. Pastrami sandwich and hand cut fries. We will be back.
Decent small town sports bar. Good atmosphere, friendly staff, and a menu that has variety but doesn't do too much. Food can be hit or miss, but 90% of the time it's satisfactory. They do rotating weekend and daily specials, which are usually pretty neat and sometimes surprisingly creative and well executed (like the sushi they do in house once a month).
