A cute little spot. Felt like home. Cozy and quiet. Our waitress was so kind and attentive!
Food was delicious and plates are huge, (Sunday afternoon dinner). Nicely redone seating.Very friendly waitress.
This place consistently delivers great food and service. Never disappoints. Prices are getting a bit high for the area but quality is there.
A nice restaurant to enjoy a good meal. The space was nicely decorated, and the service was good. The food was good, the lobster bisque was delicious. The other meals were good.
We get takeout at least twice a week from the Olde Hitching Post and the food is always very good with generous portions. The staff are wonderful. Last night I got the seafood gumbo special, and it was amazing! Lots of seafood, the sauce was absolutely delicious, and it came with garlic bread on the side. It was really enough for two people. And very reasonable at under $25. I highly recommend this dish! And the lobster roll is consistently excellent with a generous amount of lobster. We love the Olde Hitching Post!
We found the food here to be delicious! We are very picky eaters so I always nervous to go to a new restaurant because a lot of people can't cook! We ordered the salmon which was cooked perfectly it came with delicious matched potatoes and butternut squash. They brought us out nice hot soft rolls with maple butter to start off. Our server Hannah was lovely and did a great job. Cozy atmosphere. They had great music playing the night that we went. Great experience will be going back.
I happened by on my way home and I was told the post had a good brunch so I thought I would check it out!The brunch offered so much I couldn’t possibly eat that much. I settled on the crispy chicken wings(10) for a reasonable $ , I’m so glad I did! They were so delicious and crispy too! The bartender Katie was super helpful,great smile also! Ask her for a recommendation she is willing to give suggestions. Cheers &Enjoy
We were invited to a cookout and end up getting the wrong day. So we stopped in here and the food is unbelievable very friendly staff and amazing drinks. Northeast surfing strongly recommends.
