The food is really good and the Service is really good and all of the staff are amazing they are friendly I love joking around and giving them a hard time whenever I go there

Erin's customer service set this restaurant apart. We stopped in on a random trip to Niles. Erin greeted everyone warmly and was very outgoing and friendly! I loved how she knew her customers by name...We got quick efficient service with a down home feel. Food was very good. We will he back!

Excellent food I went to the bathroom was clean as could be you could see through their kitchen it's absolutely spotless this restaurant is so underrated it's not fancy beautiful it's very plain Jane but the food is excellent and the service is exceptional very overrated if I could give them 10 stars I would I really really enjoy the food it is very very good and very fresh and the service is just over the top wonderful those ladies work very hard to be very hospitable and very kind I always enjoy myself and I always enjoy the food top notch place

Good diner food. The staff is excellent. Go on Friday and get the fish, it's a large meal for a great price! The breakfast is also good.

We enjoyed eating here a great deal. We have a family member who passed away that used to absolutely love and rave about how great the food and wait staff is! With her in mind, the first chance we had, we decided to let Google Maps lead us to, "Cookie's favorite diner". I'm glad we did too cuz I ended up having the best strawberry waffle I've had in a really long time. Not to mention my dads order. He said his burger was perfect! This diner has a very chill vibe to it, making it a great place to bring your whole family or to even go solo - if you so choose. 5 stars all across the board! Even our waitress was great! We highly recommend this establishment and plan to return as soon as possible. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ You won't be disappointed.

Had an amazing dinner at The Plaza in Niles! The food was absolutely delicious and the prices were very reasonable - you get a lot of bang for your buck. We had the chicken parmesan and it was cooked to perfection. The service was top-notch too! Our waitress was a doll, super friendly and attentive without being overbearing. She took great care of us and even checked in on us a few times to make sure everything was good. The atmosphere was nice and cozy, and the decor was classic and elegant. All in all, we'd definitely come back to The Plaza again. If you're in the area, it's definitely worth checking out!

Not much to look at from the outside, but the food was plentiful and delicious! We received friendly service and definitely recommended for breakfast!

Not bad, we ordered liver and onions, fried pork loin it was delicious! I just didn't care much about the gravy (it tastes like the one in packets) and the regular salad with its ranch dressing that's too sour, the staff are very friendly and the service was fast. I noticed that the table area are so compressed, near to each other, before we sat we chose a table that has more space so we can sit properly but all in all the food aint bad.
