One of my favorite locations whenever I stop to see family and revisit the abandoned penitentiary when I’m in Moundsville. The location is beautiful and the river is always a lot of fun to see. There’s also a playground nearby for the kids to go before or after dinner.
Menu should include more seafood items, being right on the river. Cod had way to much breading. Mixed vegetables were cold. Wife said the shrimp was good. Service was friendly and courteous.
We ate outside on the patio. Waitresses were excellent,weather was beautiful and food was good! Had an enjoyable dinner (lunch) with family and a friend.
First time here and everything was great, I'm pregnant so I had to order a little of everything! I got the buffalo chicken dip, a cup of the broccoli soup, the fantail shrimp dinner with a loaded baked potato and apple sauce and even decided to order some apple dumplings to go. The ladies that took care of me were awesome and everything came out surprisingly super fast. I will definitely be back
We had a great experience at Prima Marina when I had lunch with my granddaughter. We sat outside on patio, relaxed and just enjoyed overliooking the marina and river view!
This place was recommended to us by Rose from the Grave Creek Mound and Archeological Museum. She told us the view of the Devil's Elbow (a sharp right angle turn in the river) was the best from their back deck the food was delicious (at crazy good prices too, $7.50 for a bacon cheeseburger!). The staff were all super friendly, polite, and accommodating (I'm allergic to dairy and I don't walk very well - no steps from the car to the back porch). We have every intention of going back when we visit for Archeology Day Oct 5th (2024).

there was a massive FAT dead spider under the window which really took away from the atmosphere, and there were a lot of bugs on the terrace but it’s by a lake so it’s not unexpected. the food was fine and the waiter was extremely receptive and polite. personally i wouldn’t recommend the pizza, but the other meals looked delicious and me and my family had a good time.
