Hubby was hungry for an egg salad sandwich today so I googled to see where we could get one near us. Sugar Pike Junction came up and someone else raved about the egg salad so off we went. Although we live fairly close we hadn’t been here in years. What a pleasant surprise to see they now have a charming eat in area. We ordered one egg salad sandwich, one chicken salad deluxe with salad greens instead of bread & one grilled chicken chef salad. Everything was delicious. What a great neighborhood find. We will definitely be returning & trying other menu items.
We saw this place and thought we would give it a try. I had the double cheese burger and my wife had eggs, sausage and a biscuit. We really enjoyed both breakfast and dinner and will most definitely be back soon. This area is growing and its nice to have little places like this with simple, but great food around!
Made a stop at Sugar Pike Junction in Canton because I saw they have sandwiches and I got curious. The parking is definitely a problem and if I had been driving I would have had to park across the street at a gas station because there were no other spots. There are empty parking spots next door but it is for a vet place parking only. This location is SO small, it looks like most people come here to pick up their food and go. With two tables inside (small space) and a few tables outside, you can see why most do the carry out thing. As for the food... definitely did not expect it to be so good!!! Doesn't look like your usual Philly Cheesesteak and it is a bit on the small side but it has plenty of flavor!! Paired up with a potato salad which was delicious along with a cold and crisp FANTA ORANGE, lunch was very satisfying!! This is a good place if you're driving around and feel like having a good sandwich to go. Still looking for the best of the best!
Every time we come here the food is consistent and delicious. Best biscuits hands down.
This place is the best. My mom and I come all the time. We get egg salad and chicken salad sandwiches and they are our favorite. My mom raves about the potato salad. In the past we have also tried the burger. The place is very casual. Indoor/outdoor dining. The food is SO good.
Had a really nice lunch today, it was fresh made, it was tasty, it was reasonably priced, and the service was outstanding. So it's not fancy food, but it's not supposed to be. It's a quick to-go meal that beats the big named fast food joints on nearly all levels. I had a very fresh fried chicken sandwich with cheese and some toppings, and my wife had a nice chef's salad. I also had chips and some homemade lemon cake, the cake was awesome! There's a few outdoor tables and it was a very nice day, so we enjoyed eating it out. There's also some indoor seating... actually more seating than you would perhaps expect for a to-go place. TLDR; Good food, good service, good value, good grief just give it a try.
The potato salad is one of the best I’ve ever had, I would come here for it alone. The burgers and chili cheeseburgers are incredible. The breakfast is all good as well you really can’t go wrong here.
Such a cute restaurant. Food was great and quick! The biscuits are amazing - buttery goodness all the way through. The atmosphere is quaint and country - outside seating in a screened in porch area.
