Texas Hot Lunch / 4 Sons

Found this one from a Google search and a glance at it looked like my kind of place. It absolutely was. Think of that hometown diner/restaurant you think of fondly from way back when; good home style food, great service, incredible charm and character within the four walls, all wrapped up in one package. I’m up here from New Orleans, where food is life, and this place would absolutely kill it back home. Not sure when if ever I will be in this part of the country again but if I am this will be on my list. Absolutely recommend. It’s perfect for a good meal after a long day.

Delicious and authentic food at a great price. You can tell its family owned. They have great employees (thanks Deidra) who helped satisfy my extremely picky 6 year old and kept our table happy. We will definitely be returning!

This was a fun fund while visiting Kane. Walking in the door is like stepping back in time, but in a really good way. The booths and bar feel nostalgic. Watching the staff interact with regulars is a picture of community. The history on the back of the menu is an interesting read as well. Now to the food the dogs were hot, the special sauce was a hearty addition to the dog. If you're looking for quick service without a fast food gag reflex, Texas hot lunch might be just what you need. I would gladly visit again if in the area.

We sat in a booth and were waited on right away. I had the Texas style meatball sub with a side salad. The salad was fresh and good. The sub had their special sauce on it with a lot of melted mozzarella cheese. Delicious! She had the vegetable bean soup and went on and on about how good it was. She also had the 1/2 lb. Burger with gyro meat on it and raved about that too. A nice experience!

Good breakfast, service was fast and friendly they seemed a little busy with online orders according to the waitress, and some of the eggs and potatoes were little undercooked. We had a party of six. The lunch menu looks good, and the building has some charm. I will need to stop back again

Food is great, service is great and prices are great! First time here for me but I guarantee not the last!

I love this restaurant! I had the homemade vegetable bean soup. It was the best I've ever had! Highly recommend this place. They have alot of choices and options. Definitely worth the stop on your visit to Kane, PA.

Great diner, wide selection of food. I had a Nashville hot chicken wrap and a soft serve cone for dessert. Fries and onion petals were good sides and I liked the option to have a beer with lunch. The place was clean, friendly service.
