The Firebox Grill

The burger's here was really good and flavourful. The French fries was seasoned to perfection. This restaurant was a quick 10 minute walk from the Fairfield Inn that I was staying at. The restaurant had a very calm atmosphere. I ordered my food to go. Next time I'll most definitely dine in. They have a sink in the lobby near the drink machine to wash your hands. I absolutely love that touch of cleanliness. Usually I go in the restroom to wash my hands before touching my food. They also have to huge tvs in the dining area. I'll most definitely go back. Thank goodness i have a better option than the cracker barrel across the street from the hotel!!

First time, and it was great. Unless we travel to the area again, we will just have to enjoy the memories. Food was "fire"! My burger was huge and tasty. Everyone liked the food and was full. We wanted to order shakes, but did not have the room in our bellies. I had 4 teens with me, so that says something! Prices were reasonable, and friendly service.

Had a small issue with my food but manager personally resolved it and replaced the meal along with a cookie. Good service and fresh food, thanks!

We stopped here after a long day on the road. We needed a fast, inexpensive option that didn’t use soybean oil. We also wanted to find something relatively unique to the area. I called the restaurant ahead of time to check about the dietary restriction, and the woman I spoke to was so kind and didn’t make me feel like I was bothering her to ask. She remembered us when we showed up, as well! She was super patient as my kids practiced ordering their own food. The ambience was super nice - the lights and patio feel was much better than what I’d expect from a “fast casual” place. Was definitely relaxing after a long day on the road. We snagged a table that didn’t have a TV view. The food was delicious. Everyone loved the burgers, I had a chicken gyro. Was really easy to modify our sandwiches. We actually tried to eat here again on the return leg of our trip, but found they were closed on Sundays (no problem!) … if we’re ever passing through Chattanooga on a non-Sunday again, we’ll be back!

First time visiting and we really enjoyed how friendly the staff was. The place was very clean. I had the Southern shawarma with a side of onion rings, and my husband had the spicy steak sack with homemade chips. Both meals were very good. We’d definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a quick meal,this isn’t your typical fast food.Great Selections from Salad to Burgers

Stopped in for lunch while passing through and it was fantastic! The burgers were flavorful and well cooked, and the cheddar cheese cubes were good too. We all agreed that we would happily eat another burger (even if our stomachs would protest) because they were so good! The Cajun fries were a bit spicy but were still quite good :]

If you drive by here and haven't stopped for food, you should be ashamed of yourself. The food was amazing, The service was great and its not crazy expensive.

I got a burger and fries. Actually a little bit better than I expected. Definitely a good little spot.
