Yannis On Washington

Yiannis has been my wife and I’s go-to spot for a weekend morning breakfast for the last four years. We always have a great meal here and love bringing our friends. Portions are large, service is great, atmosphere is cozy. Prices are fantastic! If you are just stopping by for a quick bite or are looking for a new regular spot, this is the place to go!

Food is always hot when served. I don't know the waitress' name but she has great hospitality and treats her customers with respect and is so welcoming. Very clean and there is never a wait when I go. Food comes fast.

We went for breakfast. So very good. Staff was very friendly and serving portions larger than expected. Food was excellent.

I've been searching & have finally found the best omelettes around! Had the Western Omelette & they weren't skimpy on the veggies, meat & cheese. So good I think I'll try lunch next, got a feeling I won't be disappointed.

We stopped in for lunch, the waitress was so welcoming and attentive. We both had the hot turkey, it was moist and delicious. We're definitely coming back.

Great little restaurant, my eggs were perfect. Friendly waitresses and frequent coffee fills. You won't be disappointed

Came to get the wife and myself some morning burger and Sandwich, I was treated insanely well and with unmatched respect from the waitress, the establishment was super clean and the food was stellar 10/10 don’t pass this place up Trust me.

Ordered online, which I should have called it in bc it doesn't give you all the options and choices you need to order properly. The ladies who were helping get my order together were very helpful and quick to get everything together I asked for, plus had plasticware and everything needed with the meals already. Food was very good, cooked properly, I don't get bacon from restaurants ever, but theirs was done properly. Good sized pieces too, not tiny scraps as I've seen at other places. He ordered the Texas Burger with fries and the Taco soup, which was a little salty but still tasted good. I had the half waffle breakfast combo, scrambled eggs and added strawberries to the waffle, which everything was very good as I mentioned.
