8000 Miles Japanese-Chinese Restaurant

Have been wanting to try this place for awhile. 100% will be coming back. Everything was delicous and good prices. The service and atmosphere is great as well.

Absolutely fantastic experience at 8000 Miles in Roselle! The Chinese food is truly authentic — bold, flavorful, and just like what you’d get in China. The sushi is incredibly fresh and beautifully presented, which is a rare find at a place that does both Chinese and Japanese cuisine this well. The service was attentive and friendly, and the ambiance is modern, clean, and welcoming. Highly recommend for anyone craving real Chinese food or fresh sushi in the suburbs!

This was our first time here. Really enjoying the food and our kids also loved and eat everything. The food was delicious and staff were friendly. This place has a great ambiance and close to everting. Would love to come back and try something new. Highly recommending everyone should check this place out. The pineapple chicken fried rice was our favorite.

I have eating here at least twice a week for years now. Sorry it took so long to leave a review my 8K crew! I am a sushi snob and they have some of the best sushi I've ever eaten. The staff is fantastic to say the least and before you know it, it feels like home. Even my 5 and 7 yo girls, who are very picky eaters (of course), beg to go to "daddy's restaurant!" Thank you for all the years of amazing food, service and making my family feel extra special every time we sit down =)

As I was getting out of the car for dinner, it got the feeling of Deja Vu, I thought I was in the "Tis the season" restaurant in Bartlett. Once inside, there were more familiarity, the layout, the front door, the menu, and the back kitchen sushi making area. They all reminded me some place else. The service was very good, so did the lobster roll. The kongbao toufu was fried too hard, the flavor didn't get inside.

I can't say enough about this restaurant. It's quickly become my favorite Chinese & Japanese place to go. Food is outstanding, outdoor patio is a gem & service is always with a smile & nice servers. The black paper garlic chicken is outstanding, Rangoon & wide noodle dishes are also THE BEST. RUN don't walk to this place. Not to mention their wine pours are very generous!

Tried this place for the first time. Everything was so good. From the service to the food and the drinks. We were meeting friends from out of town who all arrived at different times. The staff was super attentive and on top of everything. We would love to go back if we are in the area. The sushi was super fresh. The shrimp and beef dishes were amazing. The best part was my friend who cannot have gluten got to try crispy fried shrimp since they only cornstarch for breading. She was so excited.

Overall this is a pretty good restaurant, good quality food, friendly staff and very tasteful. The reason for one star off is that they have reduced their portions and they have skimped out on some of the amount of meat in some of their plates. Overall still a great restaurant.
