Definitely worth a visit to Dragon Pig! We came a long way driving from Manchester, and all the credits go to this place doing wonders, with authentic Hongkongese dishes. Food is brilliant and very much tastes exactly like the well-known Hong Kong Style food. We ordered Salt and Pepper Pork Chop, Chu Hou Beef Tendon, Sweet and Sour Pork, Braised fish filet with fried tofu, and iced lemon tea and iced Milk tea. Pretty much everything had been amazing, and we all had a good time, enjoying the exquisite dinner at Dragon Pig in Birmingham.

Look no further if you want authentic Hong Kong local food, it's the best in Birmingham (if not the entire UK). From the ingredients, you can tell that the chef really care about the quality served, the beef was very tendered and the chewiness of the noodle is just right.

I don’t live here. But Dragon Pig is just too famous inside the Hongkongers’ circle. So why not have a try when I have a chance? I’ve ordered the fried beef noodles and Hong Kong style milk tea. It’s just £8.5. Very good price. The taste is very good too. I like the beef noodles very much. It’s hot and have traditional Hong Kong taste. Sriracha is provided. What a perfect match! The only shortcoming is, parking nearby is quite expensive.

Lung Chu Bing Sat is inside a food court, and it's basically a cha chaan teng (Hong Kong-style café). I have eaten their fried dishes before, and today I tried their other Hong Kong style dishes. I ordered sweet and sour pork with rice and iced red bean with coconut milk. I found the sweet and sour pork sauce a bit too sour, and the red bean were rather hard. These are the only two drawbacks; everything else was fine - pork were crispy yet tender. I will visit again.

Very delicious sweet and sour pork with pineapple. Very nice staff. The price is reasonable. Some years ago, I have heard this restaurant famous in where is near to my old home in Hong Kong and now it was closed in Hong Kong and moves to Birmingham. So the feeling is like meeting an old neighbour. Just a flavour touching my heart. As I see the dishes of other orders, they are also pretty good. It is worth coming back to re-order again and try other dishes. I will order the meal set for two people, two dishes, two bowls of rice and two drinks. But be prepared and not surprised for this tiny shop for the suddenly long queue. There are around 20 tables at the food court, clean and tidy, shared with other 5 shops. So, it is not guaranteed to have seats during peak time. Reminded it opens at 1800-1930 in dinner time. Milk tea is tailored made ordered in takeaway because I told them I need to catch the bus. It is really perfect arrangement from the staff.

Hong Kong-style tea restaurants opened by Hong Kong people are very missed by Hong Kong people living in the UK. The quality of the food is very good, the styles are exactly the same as those in Hong Kong, it focuses on Hong Kong feelings, and the staff is very enthusiastic. Worth recommending.

Had dinner on a Sunday evening, thats a food court but food will be served after you made an order, so it's not a self-service one :) and the server is nice! Ordered a fried noodle with goose and cauliflower, not a big portion but enough for me. Tastes quite good - not too salty :)
