Drove through Peoria and picked up food to go. Ordered a Bundaburg (jalepeno bacon and pepper jack cheese burger) and it absolutely delivered. Thick, juicy patty with great flavor, crispy bacon, melted cheese, and a soft pretzel bun that actually holds up. Portions are generous and delicious. Exactly what you hope for when you order a burger. Will definitely be back.
I loved the Rootail (which my mom ordered) better than I liked the tenderloin (my order) but both were still good.
I got the Bison Burger and the Pizza with Pepperoni, Sausage and Green peppers. First off the Bison Burger was delicious I had Lettuce, Tomato and Pepper Jack cheese. Only problem with the Burger was it was way to salty!!! Like burn your lips salty. But overall Delicious!! . 8/10 The pizza was good. It was very salty as well. Not the best pizza I've had and forsure not the worst. The sauce on the pizza was bland but the cheese was tasty. There wasn't enough toppings on it. 6.5/10 Overall I tried some of there fries as well. I'm not a big fan of them, no flavor at all. They need some seasoning to make them special 5/10. I'll give Khaki Jacks a 6.5/10 I would recommend people to go there. Only problem I had was, food was to salty and the burgers and chicken sandwichs should come with fries. Instead of a extra charge.Thank you to Khaki Jacks for the great hospitality!!
Newly remodeled since we were there last year. Clean tables. Good service as always. Usually get the Portabella mushroom sandwich but tried the tuna steak salad ( ordered med rare) soo good. Great place to catch a game on tv, go in for a date or with the fam. Will be back again soon. Salad posted in pics. Edit — back again took a couple more pictures of food. I love the portobello mushroom appetizer now my friend got a chicken sandwich without a bun. The fries are always fresh. Love them with malt vinegar and my other friend got the original Portobello sandwich.
Laid back atmosphere. The place was packed. Great service. I had the hot ham n cheese. Two large slices grilled on a toasted hoagie with cheese of your choice. It was tasty. Fries were excellent, but they give you enough for four people. I ordered the cheese sauce for dipping. Excellent! I'll be back
Quiet place that has been around for years. I ordered the bison burger and it was top notch. We sat at the bar and the bartender was a super friendly guy. I will be going to Khaki Jacks more often.
Got the fish and ships(solid 4/5). Was not disappointed. I also got the Bosco sticks (motz sticks.. I would give them a 2/5) my coworker got the burger. My bill was only $22. Not a bad place for lunch!
What a surprise. My new local favorite. The meat quality is superb and the burger is 5 inches. I couldn't finish my man size burger. Boy oh boy, I wanted to eat it alk. When we walked in a young lady at the opposite end of the room, waved, and said, hello. We were told, sit where you want. We noticed, we were the only ones sitting in the dining room had a moment of concern they didn't serve food, but quick noticed the ketchup and mustard on the table. OKay, menu in hand, we ordered. A few mins later, a huge burger with fresh onion and romaine lettuce appeared with a big basket of fries. It was, oh so good. Bites of pure delight landed in my mouth. I noticed the flavor of the meat and the taste of the bun. I'm happy with my decision to eat at Khaki Jack's and am looking forward to visiting this restaurant the next time I'm in the area.
