Their croissants are delicious with fluffy layers and just the right amount of sweetness. I've tried their plain, almond and chocolate flavors. All of them are yummy, but the chocolate is my favorite. I also love their light & airy Focaccia bread. Perfectly salted and flavored with rosemary, delectable by itself but also great sliced with a dip. You should definitely order from this neighborhood bakery. Jon and Shirley, the owners of the bakery, are the BEST!!!
It’s always a great day when we get to enjoy 6500 Leyland Bakery treats! The croissants are so light, airy and the perfect size, though it’s always tough to just have one. My personal favorite is the Almond Croissant, but I really don’t think you can go wrong with any of them. Cannot wait to try the focaccia!
Great quality! Fresh and delicious. Order was ready for pick up based on my preference! I will be a repeat customer. I had the Asiago ciabatta rolls & croissants: almond, chocolate, and plain. All were great!!
We were so lucky to try Jon's various croissants and cinna-bites at our workplace. They are absolutely scrumptious and the perfect size. Nothing beats fresh and home-made! Your taste buds will thank you! Highly recommended for any occasion!
WOW! This Bakery is top tier, no nonsense! The cinnamon rolls are dangerous in that they are TOO delicious. You must try every single croissant: plain, chocolate, or almond - not a bad bite in the bunch. I have to find an excuse to order more. Such a great find! Ordered 5 boxes of pastry samplers for nursing home staff. It was a huge success, everyone commented on how delicious it was, rich buttery and the right sweetness. Ordering online and pickup was easy. They confirmed the online order and let you know when it’s out of the oven and ready for pickup.
We are still raving over the apple, almond pastries and plain croissants, and 2 focaccia’s (plain and garlic & tomato) we devoured on 12/8. Perfect balance of breadyness and flavors describes the pastries and focaccia bread. We could not stop eating the awesome goodness baked by Jon of 6500 Leyland Bakery, in Almaden Valley. Hence our special order didn’t last long! Also, Jon was kind enough to fill our order on his day off, making our food experience extra special. Fresh and still warm from the oven is how all baked goods should be! We will definitely be ordering again and again! Sorry, we ate so fast we forgot to take pics! We will endeavor to do on next orders!
