Airport Wheat & Rye

I had a great experience at Wheat N Rye thanks to Karissa’s excellent service. She was friendly, attentive, and made sure everything was just right throughout my visit. She checked in at the perfect times without being overbearing and had such a positive attitude that it made the whole meal more enjoyable. It’s clear she really cares about her customers. I’ll definitely be coming back!

We are from out of town and visited this establishment as we make monthly trips to Michigan and have somehow never been here, our waitress was amazing(Candy). She made this our favorite place and our now go to monthly stop when we are in town! What wasn't perfect she made sure to make it wonderful...the best. We are all still talking about going back. Looking forward to our next trip. I wish more establishments kept waitresses that truly enjoy their job and care about the customer experience. She is definitely an atmosphere all on her own. We love her.

We grabbed lunch before a family member's flight. The restaurant wasn't crowded, so it was pretty chill. I can totally see this place being awesome later on—it's a sports bar with a pool table. We really liked the food—huge portions of corned beef on pumpernickel, good onion rings, and fries.

Karissa was an absolutely fantastic server! She was friendly, professional, and made us feel taken care of the entire time. She was quick with everything, answered all our questions with a smile, and made sure our meal came out just right. It’s rare to get service that feels so genuine, and she really made our visit memorable. We truly appreciated her attention to detail and great attitude—she’s a huge asset to the restaurant!

My husband and I are from out of town and came here for some dinner and we had such an amazing experience, and Karissa truly made our night! From the moment we sat down, she was so welcoming, attentive, and genuinely kind. She knew the menu really well and gave great recommendations that we ended up loving. Our drinks were always refilled, everything came out perfectly timed, and she checked in just the right amount without being overbearing!!

Always stop here when staying overnight and flying out in the morning. Food portions are huge and always good. Prices are good. Atmosphere is very old school bar.

Karissa was SO fabulous! Made great recommendations on both food and drinks. Was very attentive and had a great personality. Going out to new places can be such a drab these days but we are so glad we decided to try this place!

What an awesome decision to stop here after Washington vs. Michigan football game. It was a good place to decompress from a tough loss for our Huskies. But Hannah helped us cheer up! Mahalo Hannah for great service! GO DAWGS! #operationdubsup
