I visited here every day this week as it was the closest food that wasn't a chain. Every single day they knocked it out of the park. Wisconsin alcohol pours made the drinks effective and affordable. The wings, stromboli, cheese steak,......everything ......perfect. The tattooed chef played his stereotypical part of providing perfect food . The bartender was attentive and local. A true gift for the locals. I don't have a single negative thing to comment on. Come here. Your entire stay. You won't regret it. Power went out throughout the entire town...this bartender pulled out a battery backup and it was seamless. Come here. You won't regret it. 10/10
For someone who's just a traveler passing by the area this is a really welcoming place, they have a solid local crowd that are very friendly with travelers, I requested a game on the TV and Nicole tuned it right away. They have a good variety of beer and their food and prices are very fair. The next time I'm in town I won't hesitate to visit.
Bar and restaurant combo with solid food. Seems to be popular with local residents. Ordered the Prime Rib little difference between the sizes of the King- and Queen cuts) which was good although the sides were mediocre (broccoli was barely cooked). Service was good given there were only two servers and it was very busy.
We came to this grill after biking 15 miles on the bike path. There weren’t many people here and we didn’t know if it was open. The host greeted us and was very friendly. The interior is very welcoming and nicely decorated. The lighting is amazing. The food was very well made and was served fairly quick. The seating was well socially distanced and sanitized.
If you’re traveling through this area and can appreciate a small town sports bar with great food - try this. Cheesesteak, fries and onion rings are spot on.
The Food and Service were great! I ordered their specials for the day which were the clams and pretzels and it didn’t disappoint. Perfect with the beer I got. The place has a nice homey, neighborhood vibes. There were plenty of regulars when we got there which tells me that people love to be there! Definitely coming back.
This is a local bar/diner in a small town. The food was very good and the prices were unexpectedly low especially for the serving size. Waitstaff was superb, especially since the bar side was hoppin' with a party and final night of the World Series. The atmosphere was as expected, casual, fun, local. Nothing fancy and after 8+ hours of driving, it was exactly what I needed!
We came in on a Saturday night and had salad and pizza. Both were really good. The place was quite hopping. Great service, friendly staff. Very reasonably priced. Would recommend.
