The friendliest staff ever. This place is awesome in every aspect, but the thing that makes it special is the staff. I cannot say enough about the friendly and professional staff members who all work together insuring the best experience for all customers. Bartender Cindy always finds time to greet everybody, young and old. A special jar of candy for the kiddies. Suzie runs around serving hot food and cold beer. Tina is always looking out for refills and reading the specials. Danni is the ultimate cook, always taking the time to make every dish fantastic. I highly recommend this neighborhood pub serving really good food. If you want to go 'where everybody knows your name', this is the place.
The best pub in Walled Lake! The best BLT ever! Great job by Danielle who prepared this super delicious sandwich. The food is always fantastic and bartenders Cindy and Suzie are professional, fun and create a welcoming atmosphere. Awesome staff members working together for the best customer service. Highly recommend this neighborhood bar. 5 star
Exactly what you want in a dive bar. Great bar food, small space that’s always packed, and good service that keeps things moving even when it’s busy. And the fries? McDonald’s-style, thin, crispy, and addictive. Absolute standout. For a dive bar, this place earns all five stars.
We had a great lunch today at the Copper Mug! Real good food, great service and the small town bar experience! The cook brought our food to our table! Several TV’s up for watching the local games!
Kind staff, great food, and fun ambiance. The highlight of our night at the mug was the arcade by the corner! The arcade’s card reader may not work, so make sure to bring some coins. We made the mistake to insert a 20 bill… of course the machine had no change . But it was fun and finger crossed someone got to use those extra credits we left there!
1st timer!! The burger is the best burger I've had in recent years ANYWHERE!! Wanted for it a little bit, but we'll worth it!! Will definitely be back. Service, from Tina, was a delight!! Great hangout
Food is fantastic! The service was good, and the other customers are really friendly too. We had a great experience. Just know that food takes a long time to come out, it’s part of the charm
An absolute gem. IYKYK. The suicide burger is the best burger in metro-Detroit. Cat made a work of art and any time I come in and Sean is on the grill, I know it's going to be 10/10 with a friendly smile and a zinger. The staff are all very friendly. It's a tight space so come early or expect to wait. The Reuben is also outstanding, as are the firecracker fries, onion rings, chicken tenders and house-made ranch.
