Food is always great and fresh. A great around the corner bar with friendly service. Just had the Pig and Bull burger and it was great! Got the fried mushrooms as a side item.
Getaway is a great place to grab a burger and fries. Their double bacon cheese burger is a full pound and super tasty. The atmosphere is very down home, small town. The beer is always cold cooking right out of an ice bath. Blake and his crew do an excellent job. Take the short drive west and give them a try. You will be happy you did.
Nice location we enjoyed. We found it on our roadtrip so decided to show up and ahd a great burger and a neat chit chat
This was seriously the best cheeseburger that I have eaten in recent memory. Handmade, probably 1/3 of a pound, perfect melt of cheese, grilled onions, and perfect bread. The staff was friendly and the atmosphere was comfortable. Anyone that wants to know how to truly do a small bar and grill correctly should visit and try one of these burgers for themselves.
