Consistently good! A nice escape … an indulgent affordable getaway kind of a place… in a word “classy.” Exceptional quality of food… , the tomato basil soup is a must. The service is caring and outstanding! Thank you for your dedication to the quality of the space Nordstrom.

What a hidden gem. My husband and I stumbled upon Nordstrom Grill a few weeks ago and it was like we were transported back in time. The wait staff couldn't be more helpful. The soups are amazing and will warm you up on a cold winter day . . . and the burger might also be the best in Cleveland. I only wish it were open for breakfast!

I’ve come here so many times, this time was to meet with our father before taking sister out to the airport, our waitress was very nice and took kindly to our humor. Pictures share our dessert and appetizer which everything is amazingly prepared, to which our waitress also shares they blow torch themselves!

Such a nice place to relax after a hard day of shopping! Here I had the best turkey and avocado sandwich that I've ever had. Super flavorful and always leaves me full and content. The fries are good as well except I wish that there were more sauce options. I also really enjoy the mac and cheese.The only thing that puzzles me about this place is how many of the menu items have so many calories!

My wife and I recently discovered this hidden gem on Cleveland's east side. Located on the third floor of the Nordstrom Department store, the grill is clean, quiet, and comfortable. Large windows let in plenty of natural light. The service has always been exceptional - notably David and Dre are courteous, knowledgeable, and friendly, not to mention exceptional at anticipating our needs. The menu is approachable, and everything is made from scratch (even the bread)! We've been especially impressed with the soups and the burger. Highly recommend if you need a break from the noise. Would also be a great place to meet for a working lunch or camp out for an afternoon if working remotely.

On a shopping trip and we've never been into the fare you find in the 'food courts'. As we were exiting the mall saw the sign for the Grill and decided to give it a try. The food was excellent and the service first class. The prices were a little high but not outrageously so. She had prime sandwich with fries and he the fish (cod) and fries. The coleslaw was very very good with a unique sauce.

It may surprise you but I think this place has one of the best burgers in Cleveland. The burger here is always fantastic and perfectly cooked. I dream about their kalamata olive aioli, it is the perfect addition to their burger and separates it from other restaurants.

Excellent food and service! Nice selection of non-alcoholic specialty beverages.
