Thursday evening was pretty slow, so the food service went very quick. We sat at the bar, I had a rum and coke and it was a good mix. The bartender recommended the cheeseburger and it was really good. Tasty and really fresh; and the fries seemed like fresh cut and fried potatoes instead of frozen. People were ordering a candied apple (hard cider and fireball) and I asked for a Jameson and hard cider (which they hadn't heard of, maybe it'll hit the drink mix). If I'm in town again this place will be on my list to repeat.

Went to Dizzy Deans for dinner last night with friends and wanted to say how good it was! The bartender/waiter was so attentive and our food was delicious! Hope more people realize what a nice option this is in our small town for a good place to eat. The new owners are doing a great job! We will definitely go back!

Time to party on the patio. I love the Bluegill....!!!! The food here is great. There are awesome special's every day. One of Wednesday's special is 50 cent wings. I look forward to it. You have to come in and try the food.

Went to eat at Dizzy Dean's today with my family, we were kind of skeptical because had a bad experience last year but the bacon chicken wraps are the best I have ever tasted. The cook they have now is the best. The waitress was so sweet and friendly. The place was so clean. Just had a great time. Everyone should try it you will love it. We will definitely be going back.

We were here at 4:45pm we were the only ones here besides 2 people at the bar, this is a large building with plenty of space, large screen TV, pool tables and dart machines along with slots. Touchtunes is also available, all our food only took 25 minutes to come out. We had broccoli and cheese bites and pickle chips as starters, both were $9 each, they exceptional with the pickles being crisp with a flaky crust, the broccoli and cheese bites were large, full of flavor and plenty for us three, the menu is short and sweet not overloaded with too many choices, I had the daily special of a pound of chicken wings, they came out hot crisp and drizzled with whiskey bbq sauce, 1lb was 12 large bone in flats and drums. Daughter had a Frisco burger with fries she seemed to enjoy it, wife ordered a medium Philly steak pizza, the pizza had a soft cracker like thin crust, with cheese sauteed onions and green onions, with super fresh steak flakes that was soft and full of flavor. The pizza was large enough for the three of us to have 3 to four slices each. This was our first time here, we were looking for somewhere we haven't been to in bartonville and just happened to run into this, I would recommend to anyone at anytime, I would like to try again while there is a crowd just to see how lively this huge bar can be. Our bill was just under $75.
