A wonderful bar/restaurant in the East Peoria/Spring Bay area. The food was spectacular and surprisingly fast given how busy they were. All the waitresses were prompt and nice. The outside dinning had a nice fire pit that added a nice atmosphere. All of this and it won't break the bank at 50 bucks for 2 people. Definitely check it out for yourself if you are in the area!
I had the walleye special, my wife had the sweet chili burger. We started with pepper poppers and a couple of drinks. All was delicious, hot and flavorful. My wife especially loved the sweet potato tots!
Five ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I forgot to review this last Saturday. Had the chicken fingers and got 3 meals out of it. Also has the fries and cottage cheese. Great location with great staff. They are gonna make it haha. My guest has overcooked walleye. They would go back though and get something else.
We came here for Mother’s Day on a beautiful Sunday. It was very busy, but the hostess was doing her best to get everyone seated. They have an outdoor patio you can wait on or a bar if needed. They have a great drink selection as well as many food options. We got the fish sandwich which we liked a lot. The wedge salad having asked for light dressing was very well coated, but it was still good. The servers were very busy and it did take a while to get things, but I’m sure it’s not always the case. Would like to go back again one day.
If you're looking for good food, good scenery, and good service that's off the beaten trail, this is the place to go. I had the wings and my wife had a smash burger. They both were fantastic. The waitress was great, great conversation, very good manurism and paid attention to details. Like always full drinks, how was the food and dessert options. Speaking of dessert, I had cheese cake and my wife had flat pan cake. Both were INCREDIBLE. The bill came to $60 and some change, which was very reasonable. I will be back to try the steak, that's for sure!!! This one takes a place in my top 10 restaurants/bar in the Peoria area. DEFINITELY stop by and give them a try!
Went to Sheets Creek for the first time last night. Food was excellent. Service was great. Didn't have to wait long at all for anything. Bathrooms were clean. Really enjoyed our evening. I had the tenderloin with a baked potato. One of the best that i have had in a while. My fiancé had the fried chicken with mashed potatoes and coleslaw. We shared mushrooms for an appetizer and he tried a cup of the beer cheese soup. We will definitely be back! The waitress recommended the burgers and I will be trying those next time.
The burgers were excellent and the fries delicious. We were back in no time and enjoyed the fried grouper sandwich special immensely. It was nice having a water view. Waitress was nice and service was good. This is not a quick bite place so keep that in mind if you are in a hurry.
In chronological order, I: Came here on a knee scooter with a broken ankle and was absolutely thrilled at how accessible this place is from the entry to the bathroom. Loved the vibe of the place, was glad that the seating in the back was kept nice and toasty despite the winter weather. Loved the waitress who was attentive and friendly. Was impressed with their spinach dip made in house. Was BLOWN AWAY by the horsey burger. Took a banana cheesecake to go, and it looks incredible! Can't say enough good things about this place.
