Fun place, great backwoods homey atmosphere. Small menu but daily specials. Typical bat food, mostly fried stuff. Always on the hunt for a bar with non fried and veggies options. Prices are comparable to what is the new norm since Covid and shortages. The owner and staff are really amazing and encourage healthy fun. Live music or karaoke most nights. The owner has a great story, and what a Rockstar woman! Thanks for introducing yourself and chatting with us. I believe all will work out for your big day.

The owners are absolutely great people!! The atmosphere is very laid back and comfortable! I felt very comfortable and relaxed here! I would absolutely recommend to anyone, and me and my fiance will absolutely be back again!! I wish we visited this bar&grill sooner!

Good stop for lunch. The steak sandwich was excellent, and fried pickle spears were also tasty. Servers at the bar were friendly, and it didn't take long to get our food even though it appeared to be a busy day.

This is set up as a biker style bar and grill. It is clean and roomy and has no table service. The food was very good and the wait staff were friendly. We will return when in the area.

Stopped in yesterday after floating the river. Great food, wonderful service. The folks behind the bar were a total vibe. Love the atmosphere! Great view of the Blackhawk statue! You feel like you won when they call your name for your food! Will be back many times! That hammered chicken is soooo crunchy and juicy! Super fresh!

I am so glad we stopped here! The food was great. Burgers were done exactly as asked, and made quickly. The atmosphere of the bar feels like home. Very patriotic and supportive of our military and service forces! The owner, Melissa took the time to make sure that everything was good. Friendly, professional, and shows she cares. If you're in the area looking for something new, check this place out.

This place isn't just for bikers but family and friends as well. Everyone stops here for an ice cold beverage when passing through here. Great food and great atmosphere.

Rode out to Sledgehammers with my biker friends group and absolutely loved it! The ride there is beautiful especially along the Rock River, making it a perfect destination for bikers. We stopped for drinks and snacks, and the cheese pretzel was seriously good! I had a great conversation with the owner he and his family run the place, and they’re incredibly friendly and welcoming. You can feel the passion and warmth in the way they host everyone. Highly recommend this spot to fellow riders great vibes, delicious food, and a biker-friendly destination I’ll definitely be visiting again!
