This place is a hidden treasure! If you’re in the area don’t skip this place. They have some of the best steaks I have ever eaten. The service was more than we could have expected. Everyone was friendly and helpful.
I try to get to the Levee Commissary on a Friday or Saturday at around 6:30 when they start serving steaks. They are the best around. I love the casual bar atmosphere and will continue to visit whenever I am in town.
Big Herb comes here for good times and great food! Staff is awesome! They have all kinds of activities and awesome night life. Great place for a meal anytime. Food rocks! This place truly is a hidden gem! Owners are great folks!
I don’t know why no one has mentioned their steaks, but they were great! I was worried about getting Amtrak because all of the reviews were about the pizza. But all of us had steak and no one was disappointed. We had a table of 10 and the restaurant was PACKED but our waitress was wonderful. We will definitely be back the next time we come to Tunica.
We stopped here for lunch while out exploring the levee road on our gravel bikes. A very welcome oasis. The cheeseburgers were fantastic and the service went above and beyond. We will definitely be back. Note: they are closed on Monday and Tuesday. This differs from what google currently shows.
Interesting location — as the name implies, right by the levee. Good food. Quick, friendly service.
Everything was great. The service was fast and friendly and the food was so delicious. I don’t usually eat burgers but had the bacon cheeseburger and seasoned fries. They both had good flavor, it was a real home made burger. Also the fried pickles are some of the best I’ve ever had. It is off the beaten path, we couldn’t get a table at another place and found this hidden gem. Would definitely repeat. There’s karaoke tonight (Saturday) just all around a great place to stop and have a bite!
Very good atmosphere for all ages. The egg rolls were very delicious for an appetizer. You can't go wrong with the fried fish for the main meal. We will definitely be back.
