Excellent bar food....we had the chicken parmesan sandwich with onion rings(there were 3 fries mozzarella sticks on the sandwich ) , southwest chicken 6" sub (made like a philly with blackened chicken) , fries mushrooms, fried pickels and the bacon cheddar fries. Portions were large, price was decent. The service was great- I do believe our waitress was taking care of the floor by herself and she was a Rockstar. We would definitely eat there again to try something else on their vast menu! Highly recommend

Nice updated bar with seating for dining in. Reasonable pricing. Ordered a burger and curley fries, which were ok - nothing great but not bad either. Reasonable prices. 2 pool tables inside.

Came from out of town, seems like a very local place. Food was great, had the pizza potato which is smashed whole potatoes with pizza toppings on top, surprisingly good. Prices were actually reasonable compared to chain restaurants. The only downfall was the slow service to get the bill and then wait for my card back afterwards, a solid 20 minutes after our plates were taken away. There's a review from Devin Smith just before mine from 3 weeks ago with the same comments about the service and having to ask multiple servers when needing something.

Interstesting place in Markle that was referred to us by locals. I had a nice hot Italian sub and beer. I noticed a large selection of stuffed bake potatoes on the menu.

Phenomenal pizza! Very generous toppings, cooked perfectly, and a great price! Tried the taco potato and would definitely order again, plus try other ones. Breadsticks were flavorful and soft, and the munchie appetizers were all very good! Service was great, was super easy to pay and be on my way. All the dips, etc were in the bags and everything was perfect! Great place and worth the drive!

We are usually only in this area for the Antique Shop. But a local told us to give this place a try so we did. We were not expecting much but we could not have been more wrong. Walking in, the first thing we noticed was it is very clean in here. And the staff are very welcoming. I ordered blackened salmon and my wife ordered cod. Both dishes were absolutely wonderful. Few places actually surprise me but this one definitely did. So much, that from now on when we come through Markle we will be stopping in here at the pickle as well. Great job!!!

I used to live upstairs and one building over from the pickle but had never eaten there. The food was great! We plan to go again to try different food. The music was good, not too loud, we could still talk. I had the fish and chips and my wife had the Mac pizza. Both were delicious.

Sunday, I rode down to the pickle for their special, the loaded nachos. It had a nice crispy layered chips with ground beef and then the cheese was melted before adding any of the cold veggies. The jalapenos were fresh cut and definitely on the spicy side. Lucky for me, between the sour cream and the $3 half pitcher special, I was able to brave my way through the whole plate. I know people go nuts for the potatoes here, so I made sure to add a good close picture of that part of the menu.
