We just had our Thanksgiving meal for the staff here at the local nursing home and all of the staff was raving about the BBQ, chicken, baked beans and peach cobbler…. Everyone loved the food from Goodman’s. Highly recommend!!

Consistently good pork barbeque and some of the best barbeque sauce I've ever had. Good folks own this place and they treat their customers well. Fried chicken tenders are all white meat, fried up with a crunchy breading and served with Ken's brand honey mustard.

We stopped here on the way home from Tallahassee. One of the members of our party wanted bbq and it was on the way. The sign outside says closed for remodeling. DIsregard it! They are open. It is kind of dark and dingy, the tables squeak, but the servers are friendly and the food was good. We started off with the sampler and fried green tomatoes. Then there was a bunch of meat being passed around, as we all picked off of each other plates! We ordered dessert, but apparently it is just on the menu to deceive as they never make cobbler or pie. That made me sad, but I was too full anyway.

Amazing ribs! Some of the best ribs I’ve ever had, and the fried Corn is great. Definitely worth a stop

Truly amazing ribs and sliced smoked pork. I love the texture of the cliched pork over the pulled which is hard to find. The sides could use some imagination. They weren’t bad but they were just like everybody else. Maybe throw some chucks of leftover meat in the beans or throw some bacon in the potato salad. Get adventurous!

Food was so amazing! So pleasantly surprised. They even gave my small dog a pup cup but it wasn’t the typical whipped cream like Starbucks….it was a little cup of shredded beef. So sweet and she loved it! Signs at the drive up window made me laugh and added more to the experience. Even though the inside want open at this time, it was still such a great experience and would go out of my way to go eat there again. Good thing we looked up the place on google first though bc there is no sign outside. I would have had no idea this was here otherwise. Sad I ALMOST missed out on this food. So glad I didn’t. The girl at the window was super sweet. Highly recommend. You can tell everything in the menu will be good.

Price to quality: 9/10 will go again. The sliced beef wasn't overly lean, sliced pork was perfect, ribs were seasoned perfectly, chicken was juicy with crispy skin. Fried corn was good but I don't think I should do that to my heart again. Baked beans were a little hard and underdone. Fried green tomatoes were good. The customer service here was five star, out-of-this-world, true southern hospitality.
