BABY!! We came to this quaint little town as a weekend escape. Wasn't much to it. One or 2 chain restaurants but we wanted something different. It was a Sunday and pretty much our best bet for dinner was to drive 20 mins to Mississippi. This place saved the day! When I tell you this place has some of the best bbq ribs I think i have ever had! They were sweet and spicy and had just the amount of kick. We joked about how angels woke at the crack of dawn just to ensure the meat was perfectly marinated and smoked. I would make that hour trek just for a slab of ribs.
I enjoy this place a lot. I usually get take out, and I get the Grilled Catfish plate. I get 3 fillets, but I barely can finish that, so I may just stick to two. Still very delicious, though! Plus their breakfast is good, too!
Really quaint local watering hole perfect for a quick, cozy meal.
Food was filling. BBQ sauce was spicy. Tea was weak.
Best catfish! Best hushpuppies! Best coleslaw! I love it and have a hard time ordering anything else (even though everything I've had there was very good).
Great food and super nice staff. Truly enjoyed the large portion of wings.
