Duffy's Good Time Saloon

Delicious sirloin steak and burger meal! Staff was friendly& attentive. We enjoyed watching the Olympic curling competition on the overhead TV.

In town for the day and looking for a decent, non fast food place to eat. Saw Duffy's had good reviews. They had a bigger selection of food than I expected. My favorite burgers, Mushroom Swiss, happened to be on the menu, one that is found less and less on restaurants as more "creative" burgers have been created over the years. It is rare that I can find a place that makes it at all AND makes it tasty. This was DELICIOUS. I was so happy the cheese was gooey and the mushrooms were juicy and flavorful, the burger was not dry even though I ordered medium well. The tots on the side were crispy and not greasy. My husband got a bacon cheeseburger with fries and really enjoyed his food as well. The only reason I gave four stars is the cleaning solution smell was overwhelming, if I could give 4.5 I would. Otherwise the staff was helpful and friendly, it was clean, and the food was great!

For a small town establishment, the food and service was top notch! I was very impressed by the menu and choose the rib sandwich with onion rings. 11/10! I want to try many other things in the future! It was amazing! My mother in-law said "These are the best wings I've ever had!" We were on our way through from picking up a vehicle and we're 4 1/2 hours from home. Duffy's was recommended to us and what a great recommendation it was!

Always a favorite in Montevideo. The last couple of times, I've stood by the "wait to be seated" sign a long time, watching several staff walk by me. But the food is always good.

I have eaten here a few times, but today I had just a basic bacon cheeseburger and fries and I can't stress how great it was. Nothing special in terms on toppings, but the burger was cooked perfectly and I haven't had fries this crispy and well made in a long time. Im here for work and I plan on visiting all week while I can. Amazing food and the staff was great. The price was very reasonable also. If I didnt want to get even fatter than I am now, I'd eat 2 of these burgers a day.

Food was medicore. Steak was really fatty. Caesar salad dressing should be homemade. Need a new brand of bread sticks. Margarita was to sweet.

Simply put, this place is great. Part biker bar, part all-american restaurant and part pub. There is something for everyone. The staff is very friendly and attentive. The servings are massive! The boneless wings are basically chicken tenders. About those wings, I ordered the 'prairie fire' boneless wings and was told I needed to try the sauce before I could order them....and I glad I did. This hot sauce is no joke! Heavy vinegar based, but with a kick that you won't soon forget. I've had 'hot' wings at other places that are an absolute joke compared to the prairie fire. Blue cheese won't save you. Beer will only make the fire of a thousand suns cover your entire mouth. These things are deliciously dangerous. My only tip: get boneless so you don't have to use your hands.
