We went there in the afternoon before the bar was open and ate the Buffet. They probably have 20 to 30 different items and the food was really good! It was an open air restaurant with areas on sand. You could see the beach in the ocean maybe 100 feet away from where are you sat. Don’t leave your plate, unattended or Birds will come down and snack on your food. it was quite the adventure and the food was delicious!

Fun place, big time tourist trap, but everyone knows that going in. The “Ice Bar” is a big walk in freezer with a small bar inside, but it’s cool. The rest of the bar is a big, older traditional Mexican tourist bar, good times!

This place was a nice relief from the brutal summer heat. I think it was around $20 and you got a shot included. Kinda sketchy wearing the fur coverings but whatever! Lol. Cool displays inside and fun to see how long you can stay in the freezing cold. They have a little bar for some yummy shots. Worth the visit!

This was a perfect little lunch spot to go to after our catamaran ride to Isla Mujeres. Good food and great atmosphere!!! Afterward, we went right out the door and got straight in the water at the beautiful beach!!!

Cool experience, but it is really cold, even with the poncho. It was $20 per person, but came with drink coupons. You can use the coupons at the outside bar too. It's too cold to stay inside for long.

We stopped by while exploring the island. We opted for the ice bar only. There were other packages which included lunch and other experiences if you wanted to stay longer. The ice bar was small but had some really neat ice art inside. Really fun and interactive if you want to take some photos. You get 2 drinks and a shot for about $21 dollars. The drinks were beer or well alcohol. Realistically since it’s hot here you are in shorts and a t-shirt and it’s very cold inside so you are probably not staying in there very long. So it was a little pricey for a 15-20 min visit but it’s a tourist attraction so you know what you are in for. It’s worth noting that there is a poster of people in some very compromising positions at the entrance and some very sexually explicit sculptures inside. Pretty funny but just throwing it out there for people with little kids. Since it’s small you kind of can’t miss it. There were also other attractions on site like hair braiding, a dock with swimming and fish that eat the dead skin off your feet if you wanted to stay longer.

WOW, $20 for access to a sub zero climate and 3 drink coupons?!! I'm sold! Way cool inside, pwn intended, really really really enjoyed this. One of the coolest bars I've ever been to (pwn intended ). But in all seriousness, it's really cool, you get served out of ice shot glasses, there's ice tables and a ice air hockey table - it's just cool. Also, I was overwhelmingly impressed that there was no time limit (maybe there is sometimes?). Way cool, definitely will be back next visit to the island.

Neat place to visit to cool off from the heat for a while. They had a huge buffet that looked good, but we didn't eat there. The ice bar itself was fun. They give you two drink tickets. I got a margarita, and it was terrible, so stick to beer for the free drinks. There was also an area for pedicures where you put your feet in water with little fish. That was fun and not expensive.

Who would have thought an ice bar in the middle of paradise would be so awesome! It was hot and our group saw the sign for the ice bar, we are so glad we went! What an experience, would recommend for sure!

We paid for access just to see and experience this ice bar. It was nice, but just a big freezer. We ate at the adjacent restaurant area to the ice bar. I believe it is all the same business though.

It was such a ‘cool’ experience , literally and figuratively. I also thought it was awesome that the person who stayed in there the longest was from Texas

A fun and unique way to spend 10 minutes! At -4°F that was all we could stand. We completely enjoyed it. Wait until you see inside! Impressive. It was $18 entry but that included two drinks/beers and a shot out of a shot glass made of ice! They put a great big fur on you when you enter. If you dont use your drink tickets inside the ice bar they have a fun eating area in the sand.

What a great concept. Unfortunately, it is tiny, and when we were there, it was under construction. We were not told this until we paid to get in. Still, a cute, and fun place to experience for photos.
