Raquette River Pub

Stopped in after a long hike. This lovely young lady was our server. She brought our dog water and gave us free chicken for her. She described all the sauces quite well and brought us everything we needed. The food was stellar! I wasn't expecting the burgers to be on ciabatta, but it was a fantastic surprise. The wings were crispy without being overcooked andndry. Between the burgers and wings, my grouo had 7 different sauces and all of them were so delicious. The buffalo is super buttery Both the spicy and hot maples had the perfect touch of sweetness and spice. The buffalo dry rub had a really great crunch and heat, while bringing all the flavor you expect. My personal favorite was the angry munsta which was a tangy, zesty jalapeño sauce. My friends and I didn't expect the food to be that good! Would love to go back if it wasn't a 7 hour drive.

Lots of good beer and terrific wings. Friendly staff and an amazing view of river.

Excellent. Great service at the bar. Loved the Night Train from Township 7, way to go Nate. Raquette River Pub, very good showing. Excellent wings with spicy maple sauce.

Well worth the 10-mile uphill drive to Colton any day or time! My favorite ways to enjoy the Pub: -Winning trivia on Thursdays (haven't done this in a while now that St. Larry's does it at the same time. Which means you actually stand a chance of winning!) -Watching my good buddy Andy play solo or with either of his bands Divided Roads or Sweet Revenge -Sunday brunch buffet with a tall extra spicey Bloody Mary Their menu is what you'll find in most North Country bars, priced quite reasonably. They have some of the best chicken wings in the North Country and a great selection of sauces. My favorites are the Garlic Parm, Maple Bacon, and of course Hot. The staff are all very friendly and professional, welcoming and accommodating. Lovely view of the river from the back room!

The food was great! The wings where cooked perfectly and was very hot and not old. Make sure to go there. Great place to sit down and eat

Cute little pub located conveniently off of 56 in Colton. I went to the pub during the early afternoon so it wasn't busy at all. The bartender was super friendly and was willing to hold a decent conversation which was nice. They have a surprisingly good selection of beer! The bartender talked us into trying some wings. We had 6 wings in the sauce she suggested (but I cant remember the name), and they were absolutely delicious! Highly recommend giving them a try. There also is a beer card, so after 6 or so punches, you get a free beer! WIN!

What can you say...great wings...great beer. Randa and Matt are wonderful hosts along with the rest of the staff. The Pub supports live entertainment as well. Great place to hang out and have some fun. Rock on!!!!

Very good wings and plenty of cold beer. Service was outstanding. All of the wings we tried we good. Duck wings were a pleasant surprise. Nice view overlooking the river. Nice to go after hiking stone valley.
