Spar Pole

Five stars for Shonda, the bartender at Spar Pole Bar & Grill in Sumner. She was attentive and made sure I had everything I needed, but she wasn’t overbearing. She’d check in every so often to see how things were going, or if she noticed something on my face that didn’t look right, she’d ask if everything was okay. She really made the experience great. The atmosphere here is awesome and the prices are just right.

Pool there on Thursdays. Nice laid back place. Great service and their burger and chicken burger are Great! Even the salads are huge and delish!

The place has really nice servers. The food was good. Didn't expect anything great from bar food. Although the salad looked a lot meaner than the burger! Drinks weren't bad but they weren't great either. I think it seemed like one of the only places to go in Orting on a Friday night because the crowd it started drawing in was so varied. Karaoke on a Friday was fun. Didn't know if I'd find a reason to come back unless I lived here other than the nice staff.

The regular staff make this neighborhood bar a solid 5 stars. The food is horrifically bland, the whisky pours are large and the fries never ever disappoint. And my pocket book is never abused. What more do you want from the only late night establishment in town?

It was a meeting place for a few of us to gather and eat. I think we all liked the food, we got there before anything really got going, so that worked for us. As we were leaving, it started to get pretty busy.

It's a place of the ages. If you want a good buzz and find out what's going on with the neighbors that don't talk with you, this is the place. From drinks to food, I'd recommend this Orting pit stop!!!
