Wife and I drove only 1 hr. to have a time of our lives! Beautiful scenery, setting. Friendly people, staff was attentive and helpful. Whitestone is a wonderful community. Even the kitchen was nailing it. The food was pretty dang good for the $. Fresh clams, in a buttery seasoned broth. Shrimp was tender and good sized ...I don t even like clams. I had a bacon cheeseburger and rings. Fresh meat cooked just as ordered( the first time) Ashley was on point, all the others seemed happy and customers all seemed satisfied. Doesn't tout itself as a stuffy snobby resturant like some waterside places we know. Just a clean riverside bar grill that has resteraunt quality food and service. Bring some friends cause there's a nice pool, large sandy beach area with volleyball, cornhole and live music after 7. Local band RIPTIDE played a great variety of songs to dance an sing along with. We drank and danced in tha sand. Worth the drive and won't disappoint. Next time I'm coming by boat. Try it.

Love the new tiki bar. Drinks are awesome. Try the mermaid water. So refreshing. Also try the Chicken sandwich. It's taste like pickles, better the zaxby's. Definitely looking forward to more items on the menu and bands next weekend. The beach fries are delicious.

Lunch at the Tiki Bar was quite good. We had mild wings as an appetizer. They were well cooked (crispy without being dry) and the sauce was a classic Buffalo. For lunch I had the Rockfish Tiki Tacos. I highly recommend them. Just the right amount of spice and lots of filling. My wife had the cheeseburger. It was a classic American burger with lettuce, tomato and American cheese and was well cooked and juicy. The server was attentive and polite and was very much a positive part of the experience and the atmosphere is what you would hope: fun, friendly and outdoors with a great view of the mouth of the river. There were only two negatives. The first was the price of sides. I love French fries but didn't order them because they were overpriced. The rest of the pricing was good, but almost $5.00 for fries was out of line with the rest of the menu. The second was the biting flies. Nothing they can control, but be prepared! Overall I recommend going and suspect you will enjoy your meal and the restaurant very much.

We love the Windmill Tiki Bar! It’s very casual, riverfront outside dining, excellent bar food (love love the fish BLT), friendly comfortable service. Boat in or drive in. Best scenery in the area. It you’re in the Northern Neck of Virginia give them a try!

Recently a friend of mine and I were bored wondering what to do on a Sunday afternoon on the Northern Neck. We remembered a local friend said try the Tiki Bar on WindMill Point. So off we went. We found it to be a fun vibe place with a varied engaging crowd. The lively rhythmic music of Mercy Creek was fairly loud and well received. We enjoyed their talents and it added to the appeal. The service was okay and the staff was busy running around the outside tables bar and pool areas, lots of ground to cover ..not easy in blazing heat either! The food was decent and I'm certain next time I'd discover more items to like on the menu. Some offerings were fairly reasonable which helps those on a budget. It's a good place to chill, have a drink. Show up by car, or boat.. but try it. It's a little bit Islands, a little it Coastal feel. We are going back..See you there..!
