No more train on the walls, the food and service are great but the wonderful train that used to go around has been taken down. You can see where it used to be on the wall but not anymore. I still recommend the food it's hot and fresh and the service is great. No diet Dew in fountain.
Fish sandwich to fill any appetite and the tater tots were excellent - a must stop between Minneapolis and Rochester for anyone looking for a good lunch or breakfast.
We were traveling South from the cities, and love trying small places new to us. Here's what I can tell you... 1. The portions were absolutely delicious, and HUGE. Great omelette, hash browns were perfection, and the bite I took of my wife's pancake was crazy good. 2. For as busy as they were, the place was very clean and organized. From my seat at the counter I could see parts of the kitchen and prep area, and was very impressed by the cleanliness and ongoing cleaning. 3. Perhaps the most important was the service. I have a tendency to say "thank you" every time the server brings or does something for us. And every time I did, our server said "you are welcome". Not "yup", not "no problem", but "you are welcome". I felt welcomed and well taken care of, which is head and shoulders above restaurants at 3x this price point. Come on and all, this place rocks!
Wheelchair friendly, great breakfasts and also cozy enough to go as a single person. Breakfast specialty is extra crispy hashbrowns and yes they c=have pancakes. a family favorite
This isna little diner right out side cannon falls. They have plenty of space and daily specials. I had the loaded hash browns they were very good. They recommend the pancakes ...price was good and the service was awesome check it out!

The quality of food at this little country diner is amazing — the extra drive time is absolutely worth it for the delicious, giant, fluffy pancakes, and friendly customer service. The menu has something for everyone, and you’ll definitely feel satisfied with your visit! I’m looking forward to coming back for more!
HOLY PANCAKE!!! Our boys LOVE coming to Little Oscar's and getting their big as a plate, chocolate chip pancake! We love that they serve breakfast all day!!! Fast, friendly service with tasty food!!!
