This was our 2nd time here. Once again the staff were extremely pleasant and polite. Even tho it was very busy the staff took time to make sure everything was to our satisfaction. Our waitress Juliea was amazing. Checked to make sure the food was what we expected and if we needed anything. Great service, atmosphere and dining experience. Thank you.

We had a joyful brunch at the Stony Creek branch. The food tasted delicious, the service was fast, and the mood was very welcoming. Julia is an amazing server and made our experience memorable before departing from Hamilton. Thank you, Julia! You're the best.

We recently had a nice breakfast here. The food was good and the service was great. Everything came quick, hot and fresh. The only issue, and it’s probably just me, was the ‘service dog’, I assume, seated beside us. I guess it’s something I should get used to. But, still recommend eating here.

Came for breakfast on Father's Day, was busy but was able to be seated pretty quickly. Our server gave us time to order, and she was very attentive. I like the fact that she checked on us fairly regularly even though they were busy, and never left us searching when we needed something. The food was good and filling. They gave us a coupon for a later date for buy an entire and get one free, that was a nice Father's Day bonus. Thank you we will be back.

An overall excellent experience! We were seated promptly, drinks ordered and brought within minutes. Coffee was hot and topped up throughout. The food was delicious, the fruit bowl fresh and their homemade in store strawberry jam delicious! Our server Jo-Ann was the best part. She was relaxed and fun, keeping the big picture outcome of our time here at the top of her service quality. Easy to get along with and enjoyable to have as part of our morning breakfast experience. Jo-Ann is one of the best servers we’ve had a long time. Thank you Jo-Ann!

Meghan was fantastic. This was our first (won't be the last) time here. The food was amazing. Restaurant was clean and staff very welcoming.

Go here regularly (1-2x per month) and always enjoy a great quality meal. The service out of this location is acceptable but not normally stand out, servers do appear to be in a rush and rarely circle back to the table to see how things are going. Every once in a while, you'll get a service experience that goes above and beyond, but this is definitely not the norm. The food is amazing, always arrives warm and tasty! Seating is hit and miss at this location, they've got nice options along the wall on each side but if you get seated in the middle of the restaurant it just feels like you're squished in and is not a comfortable dining experience. We often ask for another open seat along the wall and are sometimes met with resistance from the staff.
