Though they were short-staffed, the crew was very kind & the lobby was very clean! I had the sausage egg & cheese biscuit with fries and an iced tea! Though it was a little more expensive than I'm used to, it was worth every penny! I couldn't even eat it all! You could honestly make a meal from the biscuit alone!! The fries were hot without me having to special order! I really enjoyed my visit! I definitely look forward to returning soon!
Charming and classic. This is one of those OG home style kitchens with staff that felt like they were all family. The biscuit was soft and buttery, it felt like it would crumble but maintained its structure for the entirety of the meal, perfectly balanced. The flavor of the bacon is something you can only get from well seasoned pans. This place made me feel like I was back at my grandmas house. Will definitely be back. Not to mention the turn around time from ordering to eating was fast, I waited maybe 2 to 3 minutes.
Ordered hot dogs in a drink for lunch. The hot dogs were very good. A little on the pricey side for two hot dogs and a drink. But other than that everything was excellent. The service was really good everyone there was really friendly and. Definitely will eat there many more times
My review seems to have disappeared so I'm leaving it again. The food is delicious but they are very slow. No one should be sitting in a drive thru for 20 minutes.
I always notice how busy The Biscuit Factory is. I finally got a chance to eat there today, and now I know why they call it The Biscuit Factory. They have the biggest biscuits in the city! I enjoyed my breakfast, I could be tripping, but it was kind of expensive. We got 2 biscuits, 2 fries, a hasbrown, and 2 drinks for 29.09.
The Biscuit Factory has been one of our family’s tastiest traditions! Don’t let the name fool you, they have the BEST burgers and fries I’ve ever tasted! Expect to be treated like family when you go!
A classic High Point staple. The food hasn't changed in the 30 years that I've been eating it. Delicious biscuits and burgers. Fast service and a dedicated staff; most of the staff has been present since I was very young. Best dive in High point, hands down!
The Biscuit Factory is one of my favorite places!! We always come here for breakfast when I'm back in town. The biscuit, egg, and cheese is perfect in every way - warm and filling. The service is quick and friendly.
