A good stop over after a long drive. Cannot comment on food as we only had a drink. The decor is basic, but it looks sufficient for a quick bite.
Nice little Cafe at Arthur’s Pass after the long drive from Christchurch. The pies hit the spot and the coffee was on par. Worth a visit if you are visiting Arthur’s Pass.
Just got two delicious iced lattes here, and it’s hard to find ones that we like since we’ve been here on our trip. Props to the barista! And obviously the Kea presence is awesome!!
Food is very delicious and available all day. Owner was also very kind to offer us extra aioli sauce which was very generous of him. Overall, a very good food especially after a nearby hike at Devil’s Punchbowl! Definitely will come back again!
We enjoyed vegetarian burgers, fish & chips, nachos, and carrot cake. Great food and a lovely environment.
Awesome spot! Staff were truly kind - came here for dinner both days in Arthur’s Pass. I noticed they were willing to stay open a bit past closing to accommodate hungry guests who showed up at the last minute as I was leaving. Real mountain hospitality here! I really enjoyed the quesadillas, good amount of meat for the price and quite flavorful. Free wifi and very convenient to get to as well, if you are staying in the village. Perfect stop after a long day of hiking. Great place to view Kea as well! If you sit outside, be mindful of your food - one of them swiped a fry and came back for my wine!
Good little place for a quick lunch. Stopped with my wife at around 11 AM and I ordered the fish and chips and she had the chicken burger. Food was good service was good. Nice and fast
Great fish and chips. Warmed up here after a long hike in Arthur's Pass waiting for the train back to Christchurch.
