Delicious food. Had hamburger steak with onions, mashed potatoes, black eyed peas, and macaroni and cheese. Reasonable price.

Great food, service & the steaks were cooked to perfection. I had the sweet potato as a side. My toppings for the potato were already mixed together deliciously. They have a great lunch menu as well. Give them a try. Open til 8

The food looked really good & tasted pretty darn good, too! I thought this was just a Catering Business. I had no idea it was a restaurant, too! I guess you could say that this was a hidden gem here in Cullman. We went on a Saturday. You can dine either inside or outside. I would probably prefer outside since my Husband said it smelled a bit like fish indoors. All in all, the food was delicious! My husband had Hamburger Steak & i had the Chicken.

The food today was absolutely amazing. The catfish was super tasty and I had the ribs which were smoked to perfection. All and I mean all of the side dishes were great. It costs about $12 a plate out the door and I'm telling you there's not a better all around tasting lunch anywhere than what I had today. I am overly impressed! The Jack Daniel's bottles are what they put the pepper sauce in. Those of you who know me know I am a connoisseur of pepper sauces and this one was quite good and mild.

Tuesday and Thursday lunches are awesome. Good homestyle cooking whith flavor. I've tried several items on the menus. Garlic potatoes... you need to remember them. Also, the catfish, chicken livers, and pork chops are wonderful. If you haven't been give it a go.

We very rarely go out to eat, but we decided to go somewhere last night. We had heard of this place for a couple years but had never been and thought we’d give it a try. I had the steer butt. I’ve never had a better steak at any restaurant ever in my life. It was seriously the best . It didn’t need steak sauce, and it was super tender (I got it med well). My daughter got the ribeye med rare and ate every bit of it. My wife got the chicken and gave it five stars. It’s very laid back as far as the atmosphere goes. Wasn’t crowded, but it should have been with food like that. The three of us ate for around $70 which is on par with places like Cracker Barrel etc (which is why we eat at home mostly). We don’t eat out much, but it’s a treat every once in a while, and my birthday is coming up and that’s where we will be going. I have that big honkin steer butt steak to look forward to!

The place is not loaded with a lot of ambience but if you want a comfortable chair and a really good meal for a really fair price. This might be the place for you. The menu is simple and you mark down on your menu what you want to eat. My wife and I both had surf and turf the last time. Both filets came out cooked perfectly and the shrimp were nice sized and fried with a light batter. Steak was seasoned light and very tender. Great food and a reasonable price!
