Quick and efficient service. The chicken was crispy and hot.
After my initial review, the restaurant followed up and I truly felt heard. They took my concerns seriously and handled the situation with care. I appreciated that level of customer service, especially the manager who went above and beyond. I hope you keep up the good work moving forward.
Overall experience was good. Food was great. Chickens were perfectly cooked. Also, staffs were friendly and accommodating.
Mistakes sometimes happen. We always order from this location and rarely have issues. But other evening we ordered a large amount of chicken and fries. Doordash was super quick for delivery. We opened the box and seen that the chicken was super dry. Skin falling off. Chicken looked super rubbery. The skin alone was cutting up the inside of your mouth and gums. The fries where hard and the gravy was like molasses. Only thing we enjoyed was the biscuits. Sadly we threw away the whole order. Called this location 3 times and no answer. Not sure what happned here at this location, staff are always friendly and place is clean. Maybe everyone was having an "off" kinda day. Edit: Vary happy that the manager contacted us immediately to fix this issue. She was vary helpful and made sure everything was perfect. Even the shift supervisor went above and beyond. We are vary happy with the outcome. Thanks again !

Came here to dine in with my guest who never been to Popeyes before and we were dealt by mr.archit who is the nicest guy ive ever seen his customer service is exceptional and he even gave us our food on the table his self.and the food was so fresh and delicious and it was very much appreciated by my guest too. Chicken wings are nice ( except it’s very oily, but I assume this is how it is meant to be )and breads seems freshly baked… very soft! Liked French fries crispy and yummy! Staff was too good!
We like their fried chicken more than kfc as they have spicy versions with different tastes. Also, we feel their price is cheaper too. This place is very nice and clean even their washroom. The staffs were friendly and the service was prompt. They are located in the northeast part of the city. You can have quick bite or if you want, spend time with your friends and families. I would definitely recommend this place.
