The establishment is tucked away behind a corner right next to Arizona Leather. A lot of seating for large parties. Upkeep of bathroom wasn’t too great. The restaurant itself is clean. Service was great and staff is very friendly. I ordered menu item N17. The first taste of the broth was quite good. The beef was very tender and they don’t skimp on it. But after a few more bites, the soup’s flavor became boring. But that’s just me. The Stir Fried Pork Belly was very good. The Ma Po Tofu dish was also good. The Bean Sprout Salad was quite enjoyable. Everyone enjoyed the food. Large portions for the a la carte items so make sure you’re with hungry friends. I would like to try the other menu items next time I’m in the area. I would recommend this place.
Definitely authentic Chinese food! Hand pull noodles were very good and large portion. Service was fast. Highlight: they didn't charge tips on the tax! Would definitely come back again.
Found this very nice restaurant my Ontario Mills on our way back from Redlands. Very well lit and spacious seating area and high ceiling. Food comes in very generous quantity and actually tastes good.
Authentic chinese food. Their 水煮鱼, 水煮牛, Shrimp Fried Rice, Lao Gan Ma Fried Rice, Stir Fried Noodles with Tripe, Big Chicken Plate Noodles, Cumin Lamb Buns, Beef Buns, Mapo Tofu with Beef are all good, etc...All the photos attached to this review is good. 冰粉 is also good, kinda like a cold jelly dessert. Prices are affordable with large portion sizes. Been coming here at least once every 2 weeks.
We wanted to try this location because it has different items on the menu than the one in Chino hills. The beef noodle soup with chili oil and the beef burger were really good. Especially when you dip the burger in the soup like a French dip. So good! The mapo tofu at the Chino hills location, we think it's better. I think because the beef brisket adds more flavor to the mapo tofu. The spicy fish on the other hand is missing something. We probably wouldn't order it again. But this was a great meal.
This place is a real gem. Xi'an style food (and a bit Sichuanese), good portions for the price. We ordered the sweet and sour fish (great), the cold noodles with sesame (excellent), the sweet and sour eggplant (aka yuxiang eggplant, also excellent), and the noodles with cumin lamb (great). Also, good Earl Grey milk tea. Service is Chinese, meaning they wait for you to call them over if you need something and don't check on the table often. Adapt accordingly. If Chang'an Kitchen were closer to me, I'd come here frequently!
Really amazing spot for authentic Shannxi flavors. The stir-fried hand-pulled noodles with cumin beef were especially good. Food came out fast and the place was chill. Would definitely come back.
Was in the mood for Spicy Beef Noodle Soup, and theirs is really good! The handmade noodles are filled with flavor. My husband got the Sweet and Sour Fish, and the crunch was perfect. The only issue about dining in is that the AC was a bit slow for summer. Hope they can fix that. All in all, I loved my dinner.
