Flavor was great! Service was very friendly. You can order fresh or choose an a la carte plate of pre cooked food. Good portion for prices. Fed the fam for <$30.
Food is great and tasty, the place is s little bit small but comfortable. Highly recommended.
We ordered pickup although we ate inside once and its small but clean! We had sweet & sour chicken, veggie and chicken lo mein, cheese wontons, white rice, chicken fried rice, sesame chicken. It was all very good! My favorite was the mild sesame chicken. We really like the light noodles with the Lo Mein they use. If I was to make a suggestion to the store I would say the fried rice needs bigger pieces of onion and a lot more egg and bean sprouts in it. It is much to plain compared to other fried rice we have had. It had flavor but needed a bit more to it. Also, the cream cheese wontons are tasty, but I would take out the sugar and just use cream cheese to be traditional wontons. TRY THE DONUTS!! They are so good!! Just like the homemade my Mom used to make. Thank you for a great Birthday dinner!! We will continue to make the 45 mn trip to eat there!
Chin Yuen has been one of my family's favorites for over 30 years, ever since they were a sit-down restaurant off Highway 10 in Elk River.
Stopped in for the first time and ordered the Sesame chicken and Szechuan chicken. Both were exceptionally delicious and had just the right amount of spice when ordered medium. Also tried the house special egg rolls and they also were super tasty. Everything was served in to go containers which was really nice.
The food is fantastic taste great and hot. Could have eaten there but I went home. Well go back again. Took the rest home for lunch and dinner.
Food is pretty tasty and the girl who took my order was kind and friendly. Everything pictured was under $20, generous helpings offers a second meal.
Alaws great food. Clean tables and very friendly staff. They serve you fast and get you on your way. The only thing I have negative is that I would like more veggies on the fried rice. I got an order tonight and it had maybe two peas and a few carrots. I still give 5 stars
