Always a pleasure to get my Chinese fix on. I have been coming here for years and I have watched her young children grow into bright young people. They are very polite and well mannered. The food is Always top notch! I have never had any complaints. Always a pleasure and will always Highly Recommend!

I have been going to China East for the last 4 years and have never had a bad meal. I call ahead and food is waiting for me fresh and hot. I truly enjoy their wings and chicken and rice soup and frequently buy extra for my friends. Two thumbs up for China East. Oh and I'm going there when they open at 11 am. Yum Yum!!!

I’ve had my ups and downs here but they really try and be accommodating. I live down the street, walking distance and pick up spicy shrimp and broccoli at least every other week. Today I’m having a particularly rough day due to a family death and I accidentally ordered beef instead of shrimp. She repeated it back to me and I agreed still not thinking straight. When I got home I realized my mistake and came back to see if it can be switched. She was so nice about it even though it was my mistake. I really needed an act of kindness today. Thank you! For the food and the kindness!

Quick in and out, very simple to place an order over the phone. I love that the lady isnt overly nice if you know what I mean, shes very straight forward to the point. Great food. The crab rangoons are delicious and the chicken fried rice is a favorite of mine aswell.

Best Chinese food in New Castle hands down. Disregard any of the negative reviews, as they mostly read petty and childish. This place does exactly as they state and serves outstanding and fresh Chinese take out. The general tso and spicy shrimp and chicken are excellent and packed with quality ingredients. It is run by two really nice folks who seem to enjoy what they do! Easy 5 star review.

First time here. Food was really good, especially the shrimp chow mein & the tofu with garlic sauce. Also, staff were friendly. Will be back!

Reading reviews about this lady being " rude, mean nasty" well they must've have gotten a new lady, because the one I know is always nice, caring and I can tell she values my service.
