The BEST chinese restaurant I've been to in this area. Ill go all the way to China Garden in EC from Hertford or even Edenton because it's better than the closer chinese places.
After seeing some bad reviews I figured I see for my self. With other places in town not good at all I was very hopeful this place was good. It did not disappoint. We ordered multiple different things and they all were perfect. Placing the order over the phone was easy. Check out was done by I assume the owners child but she was super pleasant and knowledgeable.
We Love this restaurant. Not only do they offer fresh hand made sushi, they also have a Mongolian side to their restaurant. The food I have had has always been delicious. They even offer vegan meals. As well as a full menu of other dining options and a full bar with a menu of alcohol or non alcohol beverages. The service is always fast and top notch. The plates come to your table that look so beautiful they are picture worthy. The prices are reasonable,and there is Always enough room for parking. The meal always ends with a beautiful smile from the server and we definitely will return. I Highly recommend this restaurant.
The portions of food for price are very very good. We ordered two combination plates for two people and an order of wontons and had enough food for three days. And it was delicious. And quick. Very fast. Honestly just a really great experience. We've only ordered from here twice so far. Tried the sesame chicken, shrimp lo mein, shrimp roll, sweet and sour mix, cheese steak roll.. the cheese steaks rolls are the best. Absolutely delicious. Definitely try them if you like cheese steaks.
Very good food and always fresh. Ordered wonton soup and black pepper chicken, both excellent. Just am FYI- food safety rating is at 98% here. Excellent rating for any restaurant. Generous portions and great prices!
I have eaten at this restaurant about 5 times and each time the food gets better and better. The customer service is amazing and the little girl that takes your order makes sure to read your order back to you, so you get all of your food. The cheese wontons are amazing, and the egg rolls are absolutely fantastic.

Visited recently during dinner rush. Had placed my order online, which everyone should do, it gives you a ton of options which I like. The food was absolutely amazing. I from from up north, and I like to think we know really good food. These folks hit a home run every time. Try the steak rolls, they are divine. They little girl working the counter is fierce and beyond adorable. Love these good folks and the amazing food they make.
