The best Chinese takeout in LaPorte county. Food is always fresh, portions are great, and service is as quick as possible while still taking the time to make sure the orders are correct. It’s a takeout spot, the inside may not look great but it is no nonsense. Always great.
I read a review here that said this was the best chinese food in Indiana and they would drive up to 45 minutes out of their way to eat here. I couldn't agree more. Service was prompt and friendly, the food was fresh, the veggies were cooked but still crisp, noodles were cooked to perfection, it was all around a great experience. Will be eating here again.
Food was made fast. I'd say the crab Rangoon were a 6.7/10 and the sesame chicken was a 6/10
i have been to many states and many towed and many chinese food places, this one has them all beat. i can be sitting in Texes eating food wishing i was eating at Chine one, its just so good. my go to place for years and for many years to come!
Great local spot! I ordered pickup and everything was hot, fresh, and ready on time. Portions were generous, prices were good, and the food tasted amazing. Definitely my go-to Chinese place now!
I enjoyed it. Good food, for the most part. The spare ribs have little bbq on them, they're mostly dry. They don't have plain spring rolls or shrimp toast. Will keep looking for a food Chinese restaurant in Michigan City. The Gourmet House is worse than this, by far!
Trying the place out for the 1st time. Got crab Rangoon and general tso chicken. This is seriously the best crab Rangoon I've ever had! They stuffed it really good and it's delicious!!!! And the general tso is very saucy and portioned out perfectly! Like the chunks of chicken weren't crunchy or burnt and I love it!! Order number was #16 on February 3rd 2023. Thank you for the delicious food! Me and my family will be placing a big order tonight! *UPDATE* Same day, bigger order! My whole family tried it and absolutely love it!!! Pepper Steak, Amazing Pork Mein Fun, Amazing Orange Chicken, Amazing Szechuan chicken, Amazing Fried Rice, amazing!!! Seriously, this place made great food twice in the same day! Thank you so much
