Frankie's Wok

I had heard about this place on one of my gluten free pages, and was excited to try it. With a gluten allergy & highly sensitive to MSG, I made sure to call first and make sure they offered true gluten free items and that they didn’t use MSG. I spoke to the woman who answered the phone for awhile. I asked her all kinds of questions about the food & explained my allergies. I believe the woman I spoke with is the owner. She was extremely kind & helpful, and extremely accommodating. She told me she is also GF & highly sensitive to MSG. We chatted for a bit and she made some meal suggestions, and was happy to customize things. I got to the restaurant and she was just as kind and welcoming in person! We chatted a bit more and then I went home to enjoy my food. And I will say that the food was delicious! It was so nice to finally be able to enjoy Chinese food again and not have to worry about getting extremely sick doing. Fantastic customer service & delicious food!! This will be my new “ go-to” spot!! Thank you for being so helpful & thank you for offering safe food options! You have a customer for life now!!

The best Chinese takeout in the city! They are very personable and very nice, and the food speaks for itself. Parents live near have ordered this countless times and never had a bad experience once. They work very hard to set the standard, I will never go anywhere else.

I've been going to Frankie's since they opened. Friendly atmosphere and excellent service. Their food is the best!Sometimes they get behind because they get bombed with orders, which tells you just how popular Frankie's is! Well worth a few extra minutes wait.

Over a decade ago a friend of mine mentioned I need to stop to get food at Frankie's Wok next time I'm in the area. Years later, now that I work out this way, I noticed the name while driving through the city and stopped the following day for some food. It was great! The owners are incredibly friendly and the food is very well cooked. I've tried two chicken dishes so far and they were both incredibly delicious. The breading is fantastic and the egg roll is one of the best. Looking forward to many more stops here in the future!

I enjoyed my Kung Pao Chicken - extra spicy so much on Friday that I came back Saturday and ordered Beef with Mixed Vegetables - extra spicy. I had driven students into Brecksville both days for robotics tournaments. I hope I get those trips next year because I know where I'm having lunch! Great food and the owner's wife was an absolute gem!

This place is fantastic! Consistently great food over the years. The family that runs the place is super friendly My mom and I have gone here for years, purposefully driving out of our way to get the food from here There's one very small table inside but it's mostly take-out only Oh! I should mention that the wontons in the wonton soup have filling! It's the best soup around (tasty fortune cookies too)

Jenny Is the best. She is super sweet and treats her customers like family!

My fiance and I visited for the first time tonight! What a lovely experience. The service was impressive from the phone to pickup. Jenny was so friendly and was genuinely interested in making conversation about the local area when we asked questions pertaining to downtown Brecksville. She gave us lots of great recs. The food was delicious and we will definitely be ordering here again.
