The whole shopping center is run down and this place was under construction BUT it was SUPER clean to be under construction! We enjoyed our meal! The guys that worked there were so nice too.
I’ve gone to this place for years. The food is always great and consistent. Portions are the best bang for your buck. 100% the best Chinese food that’s not a buffet. Best chicken on a stick in Catawba county!!
I work an exit away, and wanted to try something different for lunch. Looked this place up, called in my order, and by time I got there it was ready (approx 10/15min). I got the egg roll ⭐⭐⭐⭐ and the fried chicken wings with pork fried rice ⭐⭐⭐⭐. I'm from NY, and have been in NC for about ten years now..they make the wings exactly like they do in NY- flavor and all!! Why didn't I find this place sooner!? My lunch meal cost $10.. a little high IMO, but I'll be eating here again.
My favorite Chinese restaurant around hickory. Somethings can have a little to much oil in them but I love the food otherwise. There quick to get it out and it's always right. And the price of the food is perfect
Their fried rice is lacking the quality, and smoky flavor makes up for it. Would recommend .
I came in quick to get some sweet and sour shrimp during a break. Fella behind window went over some of the variants of the dishes and we ultimately settled on a combo. I paid being told~15 minutes. Came back on 10, food ready and hoit. Settled in car, dipped into sass it was good, but had a heavy pork taste to breading more than likely from the frier. All in all the sass, egg roll, rice, and drink were definitely worth another trip.
I'm from TN and ive been to a lot of chinese places up here from Hendersonville to hickory and this is by far the best ive ate since my lol place on TN. Always fresh and hot food and always so good!!!!! There honey chicken omg.....omg....if u have not had it its the best here!
This use to be my go to for Chinese. Haven't been a long time but had a cravin'. The last time I went (years ago) I wasn't happy with my food. I'm glad I gave it another try. I'm not a big meat eater but the veggies were fresh and cooked perfectly as well as the rice. I had 2 spring rolls and they were wonderful. The employees were very nice and helpful. Awesomely priced combo meal especially since there is plenty for the next day. Will definitely be going back.
