The owner loves golf!! Talk about golf with him. You might be able to get some free food but not sure.

I had an amazing experience at this Chinese restaurant! From the moment we sat down, the service was great—attentive, friendly, and efficient without feeling rushed. The staff made sure we had everything we needed and checked in at just the right times. The food was absolutely delicious. Every dish we ordered was packed with flavor and tasted fresh and authentic. The crispy fried chicken was perfectly cooked with a savory, slightly sweet glaze and just the right amount of spice. The dumplings were golden and crispy on the outside, tender and flavorful on the inside. The variety of side dishes, including pickled vegetables and radish, added a great balance to the meal. What really stood out was the diverse selection on the menu. There’s something for everyone—whether you’re craving classic comfort dishes or more traditional, authentic options. You can tell they take pride in serving genuine flavors that reflect true Chinese cuisine. Overall, a fantastic dining experience. Great service, delicious food, a wide selection, and authentic flavors—I’ll definitely be coming back!

If you need your Korean-Chinese, this is the go-to spot. My family has been loyal to this spot for over 25 years—and we don’t go anywhere else. The portions are excellent and flavor is always reliable. Our favorites are the spicy jajangmyun, kkanpoongi (chicken), classic jjampong, tangsooyook and the boochoo japchae. The servers are the sweetest and attentive, especially so when you’re with big groups too!

As a home inspector, my "office" changes daily. I travel all over the state, which means I’ve eaten at just about every roadside diner, franchise, and hole-in-the-wall imaginable. Usually, a meal is just fuel to get me to the next crawlspace, and I rarely find a place worth a second look. This spot, however, is a total outlier. This isn't your standard takeout; it’s Korean-influenced Chinese cuisine (Junghwa 요리), and the difference is in the craftsmanship. The Standouts • The Food: You can tell immediately that nothing is sitting under a heat lamp. Everything is incredibly fresh. Whether it’s the smoky, savory depth of the Jajangmyeon (black bean noodles) or the crisp, airy batter of the Tangsuyuk (sweet and sour pork), the quality is consistent. • The Service: Spectacular. In a world where service often feels like an afterthought, the staff here is attentive and efficient. They run the floor like a well-oiled machine—no "deferred maintenance" here. • The Atmosphere: It’s clean, welcoming, and has that authentic soul that only comes from a restaurant rooted in specific cultural traditions. The Verdict I spend my life looking for what’s wrong with buildings, but I couldn't find a single "deficiency" here. If you’re on the road and tired of the same old options, do yourself a favor and stop in. It’s one of the very few places on my map that has earned a permanent spot in my rotation.

Te Myung Gwan is an amazing Korean-Chinese restaurant. I have been coming here since 2004, and they have consistently maintained the highest quality of food. Now my kids come here too, and they love it just as much. Their food is the best in both New Jersey and New York.
