Just shared the ginormous Chittenden turkey, cheddar, lettuce, tomato, and cranberry mayo sub. Delicious! Only personalization I’d make is to have less mayo and more cranberry flavor to set off the mild turkey and cheddar flavors. A great value for the price ($9.99 plus tax).

I moved to the area in the spring and have been having mixed results finding a good place for a quick deli sandwich or breakfast sandwich that’s consistently good. I’m happy to say that Olivia’s has filled the void! So far I’ve tried a Turkey sub, Rutland’s Choice chicken salad sandwich, breakfast sandwiches, and a caramel crumb coffee cake, and all have been exceptional.

Olivia's often has what we are craving for. Their food is top notch and their service/staff are always kind. This is our go-to place for a bagel, sandwich or even soup. Take a moment and stop in. =)

Great quality and good selection. Friendly staff. But definitely a bit pricey. Almost $8.00 for a carton of ice cream!!! But sandwiches are awesome. Fresh rolls. Worth the cost if u get a sub.

Deli is of above-average quality, and prices are reasonable, although Beer occupies far too much floor- and shelf space. Limited in-store seating, with 2 outdoor tables usually occupied by Smokers. This location is co-located with a self-serve multiproduct Gas Station: Gas, Diesel, Ethanol, and more...

They were SLAMMED today at lunch time. But everyone behind the counter were friendly and extremely helpful. I’m surprised how fast I got my breakfast sandwich (A+ btw) and checked out. I hope the owner reads this so I can say, ‘well done!!’

This place is perfect. Great coffee, inventive sandwiches, fare ready to grab, a place around back to offload recyclables. The staff is fine, but I'm from Jersey so everyone up here seems nice comparatively .

Super friendly staff, Excellent in store made sandwiches! If you are in Rutland looking for a place to eat, I would highly recommend Olivia’s. The the sandwich in picture is a Ruben!
