Recientemente tuve el placer de probar el pollo a la parrilla de Pollo Chispita y fue una experiencia absolutamente deliciosa. El pollo estaba perfectamente cocido, jugoso y lleno de sabor. El condimento fue perfecto, logrando un equilibrio ideal entre notas saladas y ligeramente ahumadas. Las marcas de la parrilla añadieron una hermosa textura carbonizada que realzó el sabor general. Los acompañamientos que venían con el pollo fueron igualmente impresionantes, frescos y bien preparados. Y el chavo que atiende da muy buen servicio osea de primera, hicieron que esta experiencia gastronómica fuera realmente memorable. ¡Muy recomendable para cualquiera que busque una comida deliciosa y satisfactoria!
Had a friend that was craving Rotisserie chicken or Pollo a la brasa. After a deep search, we found this spot. The rest is history… Amazing food top to bottom! This is a GEM in Beaumont, TX. Would definitely recommend 100%
We love this place. The chicken is delicious and rice and frijoles are good too. The ONLY reason I gave 4 stars is because the tortillas are like store bought and I have to make my own or buy the milagro tortillas. Other than that I have 0 complaints

El sabor esta sabroso. Lo que si no me parece bien es que te cobran un pollo entero cuando en realidad solo es un medio pollo. Y el medio pollo en realidad son solo 2 piezas. Deberían de poner todo el pollo entero y cobrar un poco más si lo que tratan de hacer es ahorrar.

I was getting some chicken when I talked to the dude in the truck and asked him if he was ready to start a multimillion dollar business because a small food truck can’t make 1.2 billion dollars. I told him I was going to start a meth empire and that he was going to cover distribution and I was going to cover the chemistry aspect. he agreed so we turned the chicken van into a labratory.
