If you are looking for exceptionally tasty and delcious food in large quantities to satisfy your hearty appetite then drop by and enjoy a meal. Just look at the size of this Tenderloin sandwhich.
A perfect small town diner. Their ranch is the Chef's kiss. Tater tots amazing. And of course the absolute mammoth of a pork tenderloin is worth trying! Great people great service great food. Plus the sweet tea is the cherry on top!
If you're wanting a tenderloin this is the place to come. Theirs usually lasts me a few meals for a price of $7.00. The fries are an additional expense of $2.00.
We drove from Columbia this evening for supper. This is a small town diner and exactly what we were looking for. We got the Chicken Fried Steak Dinner, and the Tenderloin Sandwich (it's huge!) and both were very good. We also got the cheese curds and fried mushroom- the fried mushrooms were slightly cold in the middle, but overall we had a really good time and enjoyed our meals. The staff is very friendly. We also got some fried pies to go.. and they were incredible. The peach and strawberry rhubarb fried pies are perfect. Prices are very affordable and the drive was definitely worth it.
Decent local spot; could have been better, but maybe it was an off day. Great service, good portions, and reasonable prices. However, both of our burgers were grilled to a crisp and flavorless. Fries were cold and somewhat raw. Goulash was just ok, heavy on the onions. They’re renowned for tenderloins, so we’ll give that a try next time. Ambiance is rustic; they were nice to turn the heat up a bit when we started shivering on a cold rainy day.
Gari and his crew were so hospitable. The pork tenderloin is huge and most tasty. Can't wait to come back to try the broasted chicken. You won't be disappointed.
I love their salads. They’re always on point mushroom and Swiss burger is delicious and the special chicken sandwich. I love the mustard on it and the mushrooms but really I’ve tried a lot of food here and it is pretty great. Definitely stop in and try something but don’t get what people tell you to get choose your own
If you have not tried Geri's dinner in Slater its absolutely a must. The tenderloin is huge it made the bun its comes with look like a small dinner roll & its so delicious. The fried pickles & sidewinders had tons of flavor. The prices are unbeatable for the amount of food you get. So if your ever in Slater stop in .
