I stopped for breakfast and ordered the Palmer's omlette. This included ham, onions, green peppers, mushrooms, and swiss cheese. It was cooked perfectly and tasted great. The waiter kept checking in on me and refilling my coffee. The service was great and atmosphere was warm. Definitely will stop in again.
Very good food and better service. I got the steak and eggs. The eggs were a little cold, but thesteak was tasty! I neversaw the bottom of my coffee cup and I loved the servers quick wit and sarcasm. Very good! I can't wait to come back and check out their lunch menu...by the way, their ranch is very good too.
Nice little diner with a great menu. Server was great and breakfast was delicious. 8/31/25
Working in the area, called for a lunch carryout. Burger with an egg, french fries,(comes with soup or slaw) and a drink. It was was very quick very good and very cheap. The server was very helpful at pickup. I was inside less than 3 min. I got a well prepared meal for cheaper than lunch at McDonald's
Nice family restaurant. Friendly staff, decent prices. Food is pretty tasty. It has been around for fifty plus years. Good salads and fish& chips. Nothing fancy, but pleasent.
Great place for breakfast. Nice and accommodating staff with that old time diner experience. The price tag was good considering how delicious the food was
First time here and we were so very impressed. The food was delicious with large portions. I had the Greek omelette and it had the veggies, cheese, and gyro meat through out the egg instead of stuffed inside. (See picture below with a few bites removed .) It was phenomenal! My husband had the Lil Gus and there was nothing little about it (eggs, sausage, hash browns, toast, and coffee). Prices were very reasonable. A highlight of our breakfast was our server, Shannon. She was delightful! Attentive, friendly, and personable. Shannon even took time to engage with our kids who are teens. Highly recommend!
It was all of $6 for two eggs, two pieces of bacon, two sausages, hashbrowns, and a slice of ham. There's a smaller version at $4, and it was super fresh. What's even better was the service. I overheard waiters and the host chatting happily and calling each other by name. Seemed like most of the customers were regulars. Our waiter was attentive and friendly, and the host even checked up on us to make sure we were all good. I came here because the Great Lakes Diner up the road was incredibly full. I'm glad I happened in come in this little diner. I missed getting a photo of the diner bar that was super cute. EDIT: We came back again for brunch. Yummy French toast with impeccably made bacon. Our drinks never made it past being a quarter empty. The only people not greeted by name while we ate, was just my group. Fairly busy, so we sat at the diner. EDIT #2: I now try to come here once a week to meet family for breakfast or brunch. This place better never close because it is such a precious little comfortable place.
